301, and speed of flow

This thread is not about 301 redirecting penality or anything related to penality.

This is about trying to figure HOW (fluid flow) is being transfered.

I mean:

Let s say $old_site have 3 BL:
1st: very low quality bl (dup content, deep internet, bad citation & trust, spammy link farm)
2nd: average quality bl
3rd: good quality bl, from autoritative site, ontopic & relevant. Good citation & trust.

Ok, let s say gg discover/crawl them all ( 3 bl) the same day.

Now, 1 week later, i do a 301 redirect to $new_site (fresh, no BL).

I was wondering if all backlink info (juice, profile... to define) was transfered in ONE SHOT, OR, progressively.



So two scenarios:

Scenario 1: 301 instant.

TIME 0: About $old_site: , google know 3 BL
TIME 0: About $new_site: , google know 0 BL

TIME 1: About $old_site: , google know 0 BL
TIME 1: About $new_site: , google know 3 BL



Scenario 2: 301 transfer progressiv.

TIME 0: About $old_site: , google know 3 BL
TIME 0: About $new_site: , google know 0 BL

TIME 1: About $old_site: , google know 2 BL
TIME 1: About $new_site: , google know 1 BL

TIME 2: About $old_site: , google know 1 BL
TIME 2: About $new_site: , google know 2 BL

TIME 3: About $old_site: , google know 0 BL
TIME 3: About $new_site: , google know 3 BL

In that case, transfert is somewhat progressive.


In that specific case, the burning question would be , is there a "order" in flow. Ex: good juice goes first?.

theory:
If "good juice goes first.", that COULD explain why sometime, new_site get penalty (the one old_site was suffering about) after an variable amount of time.

I mean, if transfer is progressive, $new_site BL profile is good until bad link come and make the profile look more and more ugly, then it trigger a penalty.

In that case, it could mean that 301 should be stopped after a amount of time.... an open window to nice strategy.


Please, only speak about potential progressivity of the flow transfer. please no "i got once a site penalized..."

Getting answers is very expensive with this method and then very few have actually spent 1000s trying evry possible method with 301/302 and then got the answers they were looking for.
Do you think they'll actually tell you?
There's lot of different guides on how to apply moreover the method, but you got to spend thousounds to find out what exactly works.
