I'm not completely sure I understand your question. But with each order you can promote a maximum of three urls. Each of these urls can have it's own separate keywords. So if you have two orders, you could promote 2 urls per order and have their keywords only go to the urls you specify.

so if i got three different url/domain ,i can also pay for just $5?
and how many keywords for one url?
