Tons of targeted FB emails/ids.. now what?

So I've used FB Lead Chef and have collected 1000s of FB email/ids from groups and pages related to my niche. Could someone please give me some good advice on how to use these leads in a way that I won't get banned/flagged?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know those facebook emails can only be used to send messages, and since the messages wont inbox unless you have the person on your friend list, I don't see any possible use for them.

yea. its seems the best option ive found so far is to use the IDs with FB power editor ads. can get ~.01 - .08c CPC by plugging in the list into a "audience".

You use them with facebook power editor and create a custom audience, then market to them. That's about the only safe way I know how to use them.

With facebook email ids i think you would be better off inviting them to like your page because using them with custom audience will surely bring doubt in fb mind as facebook email id's can only be scraped abnormally and how did you get hold of so many might take you into trouble. But facebook UID can be safely used for marketing.
