Here is my review.

All links live.
Most sites have from 6 to 250 comments (with pagination).
OBL is from 11 to 429. (checked with scrapebox)
Comments are general; ex. "you made some good point..."
PR is as described, links are do-foll0w and turn around was less than 1 day for 15 comments.

What I don't like at all is that I see an adult link (linking to a twitter accounts) on the comment page, although OP states adult is not allowed. Can't prove that the comment was made by him, however it's on the same page with my link.
