Starting a new journey usng 7878's method

Update : Letters sent this morning.

Update :

On more specific niches, I've decided to create some review websites. In fact, these niches are not on Yelp, Google + or Tripadvisor or nearly unknown. I know it's not the solution for restaurants (and that's why I began by restaurants because the review sites existe) but I think that owning the major review site on which the client will be is a major argument in order to have sells.

My goal is to have first 10 clients for restaurants, 10 clients for hotels and 10 clients for other niches.
I changed my prices which now are :
1) 350€/month
2) 500€/month
3) 800€/month

Good luck on your journey. You're selling them ORM?
Why you have 3 prices?

Yes I'm selling them ORM.
3 prices allow people to either pay few or pay much. And if you tighten the price between 1 and 2 and increase the price between 2 and 3, people will certainly take the 2nd one.

Got 2 calls from the 8 letters I sent yesterday. I didn't pick up the phone but there is a problem :
1) 1st call let me a message but didn't give me the name of his company or his name. And he called me from his cellphone so I can't know which restaurant is it...
2) The 2nd didn't let any message. So I just have his phone number but no information.

That was something I didn't expect. How can I do to call them back if I don't even know which restaurant it was ... ?

Search mobile number on google.
Do you will make them to sign contract if yes for how long time?

So, what do you actually sell?
Social promotion? SEO? Webdesign?

Yes that's what I did but their number is hidden.
Yes my goal is to set up a contract for monthly payment. I think of a contract of 1 year but if everything is godd, I hope they will continue with me after that year.

In fact, I'm selling the exact service of 7878 (you can read his thread for more informations) but I will propose some upsells such as Social Promotion and SEO and maybe Webdesign. But it will only be upsells.

UPDATE :
The 2nd person that has called me today (without leaving a message) called me 2 other times so I picked up the phone. I began by beeing bawled out : " I just wanted to tell you things about my restaurants. It's a 30-year institution with more than 1,6 million customers and I don't care about these 17 bad reviews. I don't know what is your site (she actually thought that Tripadvisor was my site :) ) but I just wanted to clear about my restaurant... Blabla... "
I explained her quickly (a 20-minute call though :/ ) the importance of reviews and used the fact that these reviews didn't reflect the main opinion of her clients. I think she got that but she told me she would talk to the direction (I think it's her parents in fact :) ) and may call me back.

That was fun :)

UPDATE :

I've just called back the 1st call and hopefully, I just asked me for a meeting immediately without asking me any questions. So meeting scheduled on next Wenesday. He has no email address :( :/ so I will have to sum up the big file very quickly I guess.

Looks like you are making some great progress here. Congratz! Good luck with your meeting next Wed!

Thanks.
But I have a meeting tomorrow also so I'll focus on it first :)
I'm making a list of +50 restaurants with +10 reviews with their address and the name of the owner. Considering the conversion rate I had (2 calls just the day after I sent 8 letters), I definitely think letters are better than emails :)

I have a question concerning the tools which can be used for following the reviews on the different review sites.
Here are the tools I've seen :
-Brightlocal
-Reviewtrackers
-Vendasta
- PlacesScout ? I don't know if PlacesScout has an option to follow some businesses and make some reports. I'm pretty sure but I prefer asking.

Very soon, we will have reviews tracking available as well. FYI.
But as of now, I believe Places Scout will be a good option.

Ok I will go for Places Scout then. Thanks

Yeah, I believe that's a good choice. It's priced reasonably tracking reviews as well as generating more ORM leads for you.
The only downside I found was that it's very slow. It takes a very long time to scrape. Just my personal opinion.

I guess there is no Free-trial for Places Scout ?
Let me know when your service will track reviews :)

We just released an internal chart/graph analysis feature, that you can easily show your clients their performance to date. Take a look at my sales thread for some screenshots.
You should see it under your dashboard panel when you login anyways.

We are definitely not too far away from real-time reviews monitoring.

You review system begins to have many good features even if I still think it's a bit too expensive for what you propose for now at least. But when you have the review tracking thing, it would be different I guess.

Hey yvann. Do you live in europe? Big or small country? Because in my country restaurants have like 5-6 reviews even if 3 of them are negative.

Other thing. You send 7878 white paper before meetings via e-mail?

Yes I live in Europe. Pretty big country. Most of the restaurants have less than 10 reviews, that's why I only take the one which have more than 10 reviews. I have less restaurants I can contact but I won't be able to contact all the restaurants in my city anyway...

Nop. I sent some emails at the very beginning because I just wanted to test. I didn't expect any answer but I got 2 calls from my first batch of email. 0 from my 2nd batch :/
I sent some letters and got 2 calls yesterday and after I try to have an appointment with them.

UPDATE :

Yes ! Just had my 2nd appointment. And he took an offer of 300€/month (I know it's not that expensive but it's money :) ) for a contract of 10 months (the restaurant is closed during july/august) so that's 3000€ ! :p

For now :
3000€ (one contract of 300€/month on a 10-month contract)
