If youre in denver you should buy some bomb assssssss weeed and be high like me everyday, and think of new ideas to make money and new twists on old methods !

If your domain exact keywords has good monthly searches, I would suggest you to setup a site manually, write good content & try to get as many PR 4+ profile back links for 20$. It'll help your site rank up fast for exact domain keywords. Then hopefully you'll start getting traffic accordingly. After that you can try different methods, mentioned on BHW, to monetize that traffic.

this is going to be a TOTAL NOOB question.. but lets say i'm workin in a adult niche and i'm taking other pictures off other sites.. should i worry about copyright issues?..
maybe not at first but lets say i'm getting 10 000 + visitors a day with copied images..?

Depends. Depends if you are monetizing on their images (ie adsense, plugrush, etc). There's always a risk of copyright infrigement or a notice to take down images or site if you are deemed to go against the rights of the images. Depends when you get caught.

woooooowww i've used reverse image look up but it never really worked.. this seems quite promising, i actually just saved this in my browser as a plug in ! haha

The reason you're getting some silly responses from people is there's nothing useful you can do with $20. If all you have is $20 then you won't get past the buying a domain and 1 month hosting stage. Get yourself an extra job to save up some money if you work full time, and if you don't have any job then just get *a* job so you have some money to play with. When people say you can make money with nothing in online marketing what they mean is you can make money with $200-$1000.
You still need SOME money. Realistically $100 extra per month is ideal to get started on a shoestring budget. The guy who said about outsourcing with the $20.. What are you smoking? $100/mo and you spend money on hosting, domains and as little tools as you need. At a push you might get a logo or some graphics for a site, but no more. At $200-$500/mo you'd get more tools and maybe get some SEO services, but even then you wouldn't outsource. You only outsource with profits once you have a profitable model otherwise you're burning cash. Do what you can do yourself until you have a profitable business then outsource to *scale*. Don't outsource because you're lazy.
The absolute minimum you need to have a good chance of succeed in online marketing is $50/mo. If you don't have that then as I said above you need to get a part time job or do some manual work like writing articles. Technically if you were very motivated you could succeed with SEO with only enough for basic hosting and 1 domain, but it would be extremely tedious.
So when you come in here saying you have $20 it's just.... silly. Even if you had $500 it would be silly to ask where to invest it. You don't "invest" $500 and you certainly don't "invest" $20. Even $5k you don't really invest. With $5k you would still just do the same as if you had $50 except you'd be able to get a couple more tools. People are far too eager to spend money. thank you, very enlightening. Hey if i didn't ask stupid questions i would never know the obvious answer. As a new Online Marketer I've had difficulties finding the right niche (or method) for me to use.
Been experimenting with everything, black hat is nice but i feel that white hat isn't a bad option at all.

Not many option with only $20 so you can buy a domain you like or just use the money for a nice lunch. You could consider saving it
and wait until you have more to really do some marketing.

Eh every project I have started, I paid only for hosting and domain - 34$/year. Nevermind. Actually you can save those 20$ they sure will be in need. You can start by finding pirated porn theme somewhere in the net. Then use the theme to either start a picture site or tube site. Then if you dont have a monetizing technique google plugrush and/or juicyads (there are other alternatives). For traffic you can start with tumblr or go with fake girl facebook. There are picture compilations somewhere in the forum. If you dont like 3rd party monetizing you can download free WP membership plugins. (Dont forget to deindex your paid pages). You see I got you a complete method for 5 minutes. BHW search button/feature is your best friend. There are tons of info in here.
