I sent a bank transfer from US to Europe for kind of a digital good, but the seller hasn't provided it yet. It's been a week already. Is there anyway I could get my money back?

always stick to pay with credit card or paypal, bank wires are only for people you have known and dealt with for a while, and its best issued against an invoice into the company's account that has issued the invoice.

Depending what country the account is opened in, I can assure you it can be as simple as ordering your morning coffee
