I don't think you need to be telling me how to run my business and it's been all of 2 hours since I responded and less than that since you have even PMed me, the world does not revolve around you, I'm extremely busy. Anyways, I'll be checking the PM and refunding now.

Just waiting on my site dev to get in and that is #1 priority and will be fixed shortly. However it in no way effects delivery, it just doesn't display the link accurately.
I've responded to every single PM on skype so if you haven't received one, you have the wrong person.
Here's a hypothetical situation (although I am hoping with our recent changes a video will never be banned from our views again):
If a video is for some reason banned from our views, it's not based on what we didn't deliver, we will refund the full amount. So if you bought 10,000 and 9,000 were delivered and it was then deleted, we will refund the full 10,000. If a video is removed for any other reason not due to our views, everything that was not delivered can either be refunded to your account or will be transferred to a new video.

All pending videos I had on your site have been deleted, except for 4 out of the 8 I added yesterday. This is the message I get at all of them: "This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated." Almost all the videos were unlisted, so no chance that they have been flagged. The accounts were made by myself, different IP, everything clean, no connection to each other, as usual.
Just to clarify, I am not saying your views are safe or unsafe, at this point I am still trying to figure out what caused the mass deletion. I don't know if it was because of your views, but I would appreciate it if you would take a look.
Some of the videos also used one other service, but I have lots of other videos that all used this one service and they are all still alive.
Please pm me if you don't know who I am on QQTube/Rushviews.

I think his services aren't working again. Have multiple videos that haven't moved in 48 hours. After asking yesterday I was told all things were normal and he saw views being added to the videos yet 24 hours later, not one view has been delivered to any of those videos in question.
Waiting again on skype for a response about checking them out again.
I love your services man and respect your desire to continue providing them. Lets hope we can get it figured out.

I don't know what caused the deletion of the accounts, all info I get from YouTube is this " you account has been terminated due to unusual activity". How can you be so sure that this "unusual activity" isn't because of fake views? Either way, please refund the views that have not been delivered. Thanks.
Edit: Just to clarify, I don't want to hate on your service, I used it in the past and I will use it again, I just try to find out what happened....

I gotta get a refund man. I can't deal with these pauses anymore and everytime it happens it proves to me that your system is unstable and prone to bans. You can say its secure all day long but I split test LOTS of sources from various market places so I know whos secure and who's not. Furthermore, if you service was actually stable there would be no need to patch & pause things every few days.
Neither one of my other 2 providers has had to pause their views 1 time to patch things. Cause they're exploiting view exchange sites and those types of views come from real people so they are much safer (according to the tests I've done). Much safer than 95% of the sellers on BHW. And when this happens this frequently (pausing/patching) that means there is a high chance of banning. And look, I realize you need funds rolling in to keep testing going. I WANT you to succeed, but right now I feel like all I'm doing is funding your testing at the risk of losing my videos / accounts. And all its gonna take is one bad patch to take out an entire account. I can not afford that (even if you refund afterwards) because I'll have other videos taken down that I invested money in and were perfectly safe.
Also, anytime I post this crap (the fact that I split test lots of different sources between lots of different market places) people wind up pm'n me for my sources. I am NOT sharing my sources, not through pm, not for money, not if people beg, not for anything. Any pms related to my sources WILL be stonewalled.
Anyway, I'll check on this thread in a month or 2 but right now I'm sending a ticket to refund the rest of the views that haven't been delivered.
