just one tier 1 web2.0 and two tier 2 web2.0's and some wiki links for tier 3.

I agree with the sentiment against 'secret sauce' but I don't think anything can be done about it. If some action is taken, it'll also have to be applied to anything that qualifies as 'proprietary', 'trade secret' or anything on those lines.
