Sorry for the late reply. When I came on last night, the threads weren't showing.

I always get an error [timeout] when i try to expand keywords or do searches.

Any tips on it?

sk8tavou,

I just sent you the install link. Check it out.

Just came here to thanks hango on the excellent support.

I was having license issues and mailed him for support.
Hango replied within a few hours on a Sunday to get UNF working.

Hi Hango, how do I refresh the data, I by mistake searched with US setting on and really I need the UK setting. How can I refresh the data? Thanks

crackmeister,

You'll have to search the keyword after you change the location in the settings tab.

Hey I still get timed out error for my keywords.
Why is that?

got version 2.0.2.15 - and still receive the same error 'can't get download link'.
is it still working Hango ?

Same, this update doesn't seem to have corrected this problem unfortunately.

Absurtuk, redkoplax, & Corey,

This is strange, since the update has worked for almost everyone else (there are a couple others that sent tickets about not working). Can you PM me your registration emails so I can set up debug mode for your UNF?

Hey hango the problem is :
I'm repeatedly getting timed out errors on Expand searches. I've updated to the latest version and I've changed Google log-ins 3 times. Still getting timed out. Working with 10 proxies and they're all fine and fast.

And when I try to get it to work, i get this error window:

WARNING: UNRESPONSIVE SCRIPT - A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: https://adwords.google.com/o/Targeting/Explorer?__u=4575808946&__c=3813867506:237

What's the problem?

I am also purchased your SBbomber ? I need your assistance, dear Clyde ?
Please send me pm your support email address.
Thanks

I found that when I extract from .txt my keyword and try to expand ALL of them(which are 9800 keywords) it gives Unresponsive script error.
Is the problem for excessive of keywords that I try to expand?

That's quite a bit of keywords to expand, the software can't accommodate more than 25k keywords at a time, so trying to expand that many keywords, the program would literally have to browse 9800 times to keyword planner to download CSV's based on the keywords you're trying to expand. No reason it shouldn't get done though -- maybe the program can't handle such a big request (would take a day or two and then some I presume to expand 9800 keywords).

Anyways, I'm getting "can't get download link" error again.

Any update? Sorry to be inpatient, it's just, this program is really important to my business... I was depending on it up until it stopped working for me.

Would love to purchase this. Any word on when the issues with it will be resolved?

But the program works queue based.
I mean If you want to expand 1 milion keywords, it takes each one of them when done with , it takes another.
Not all of them at a time .

directaxcess,

Are you getting anything with debug mode?

boldsilver,

Clyde doesn't follow the thread. I suggest you PM him. His handle is 'Clyde'

And also is there anyway to submit ticket rather than writing BHW ?
Absurtuk,

Yes, at our help desk. It goes directly to my phone, so there is normally a quicker response time.

Everyone,

UNF seems to be working on some machines, and obviously not others. I'm asking my developers to take a look at the scripts that you all sent. I'll reply back on the thread, when we figure out what these issues are.

All,

The developer started looking at some of the issues a couple of you had this morning. He said he might be able to take care of a couple of them tonight, and the rest of the next couple days.

Hey, it was the greatest customer service that I've ever seen, fix or not you're great at customer service hango :D
Thank you.

Hey, an idea for the software could be to have a "potential income" column. If you times the monthly views by the cpc, then times the result by an average adwords click through rate of 1%. We can then quickly see the potential of a keyword.

Example:

Keywords
Monthly Searches
Adwards CPC
Estimated Profit

dog grooming
49,500
$2.33
$1,153

This would allow us to filter by how profitable a keyword is, as a keyword with 500 monthly searches and a cpc of $5 is better than one with 1000 monthly searches and a cpc of $1.

I'm going to add it to the list. Thanks.
