Sorry for the downtime. We are trying to figure out a way to anticipate stuff like this. The alternative is not using Google and going with another provider, but that might be a bit more expensive and provide you with less data.

I'll always run ideas and any betas through BHW first to get feedback.

There's no database bigger than Google's for keyword data. You may want to stick to Keyword Planner -- just expedite the updates a little bit when Google updates. If I'm not mistaken, it was a simple change in HTML on Google's end (I used Diagnostics) which shouldn't have taken this long to remedy (imho).

yeah it was also like this a few time ago, wait until monday, wait until tuesday, wait until wednesday...etc... and the tool is still buggy.

I know hango is a cool and professional guy, no problem, but the fact is I've never been able to use this tool more than 2 days since I bought it. And now I need it, so I have to buy another one if this one doesnt work, I have projects running depending on that kind of tool.

There is problem with Netherlands/Dutch settings. Program seems to work normally, but is showing wrong caunt of "Avg. Monthly" searches (very low and incorrect values). With other lenaguages wroks fine. Pls fix it.

Thanks for not hijacking it. There is a lot of good software. We all have different features and offer software at different prices. All of us also have a trial period, which helps you all make a decision.

You can paste keywords in to the search and then right click and hit "expand keyword."

Getting error: "can't get download link" when expanding keywords.

Just came here to thanks hango on the excellent support.

I was having license issues and mailed him for support.
Hango replied within a few hours on a Sunday to get UNF working.
