Starting a Journey

Hello there, I'm new and my intention is to be able to earn $1000/mo. I do not expect to achieve this in a week or two so I decided to open this Thread to get some feedback from more experienced users regarding every step I take in order to get closer to my objective

What I am currently doing: Writing 1 article/day on iWriter, that's almost $2,50 a day. I'm not using any software to rewrite articles since I don't have the money to pay them and I did not like the results I got with the free versions I found. That is to say that it would take me 8-9 days for me to get to $20 and get payed. I'll probably stop writing articles after that, the payment is not really worth it.

What I am capable of doing: I can create "auto posting" blogs for Tumblr, Reddit, etc. I never did one before, but trust me when I say that I can. The only reason stopping me from doing it is that I do not quite get which features are important for someone who is interested in these "macros". Do you want to scrape images from flickr and auto upload them to Tumblr? Do you want to get all the article links from a certain website and submit them to Reddit? How much would you honestly pay (monthly or unique payment)? Once I get enough information I can draw my own conclusions and start building something, but I think it would be a waste of my time to create a product that no one really needs.
How come I can do this and have no money to invest in ____? Well, we all have to start somewhere!

I'm going to try Fiverr as a platform for selling articles. Also, the development of the Bot/Macros will begin in a couple of weeks, I will probably concentrate on Tumblr, Reddit, Pinterest, and Stumbleupon. Still waiting for someone to share their interest in the topic, probably will check out the Programming & Web Design forums.

Tips for newbie writers: Avoid 500 word Articles and stick to 300 word ones. You will be able to write 2x 300 words in 1 hour for $3.24 while if you go for 1x 500 words in 1 hour you'll get payed $2.00 - $2.50 and you would probably have to deal with boring topics such as insurance and cosmetics! It is still a very low payment, but hey: IT'S FAR BETTER THAN NEOBUX

People buying 300w articles seem to be nicer, I've got 4.3/5 rating and submitted 4 articles today. I've also met a requester who likes my work and I'm now receiving special offers directly to me, no more fighting over Gaming/Tech articles! I'd probably achieve the $20 goal in a couple of days. Still writing all articles myself.

PMed you! I only add specific keywords if I'm asked to, I also check the density to be around 1%
Other than that I do not use any other kind of techniques to perform "SEO targeting".

Hey, to be honest, it looks kind of difficult to earn $1k+ a month writing a few $2.50 articles a day... Are you planning to raise your prices and/or hire additional assistant writers?

XPESOS: my main goal is to make money the smartest way I can, I'm researching on some key elements I'm missing to write a useful script. Wether I do it or not depends on my time, and the needs of the community. I am certain that I'll be creating some small tools for myself in a couple of weeks!

Aquarius: I'm trying to get some cash in order to pay for 3-4 months of hosting and a domain. I am also checking out some PPD methods but I still need to figure out how to get traffic.

Day 4 sucked. No nice deals for articles available.
Got a $10 coupon for Digital Ocean (VPS hosting for two months); started researching about CPA and currently planning how to use it (not American). More on that tomorrow.

Evaluating whether or not BHW users are interested in buying 300 word articles about Gaming/Tech/Finance (5 a day).

Got two articles pending approval, that would raise my earnings to $17.49.
It seems people do not work on weekends, already waited 15 hrs for those approvals.

Got the $10 credit for Digital Ocean. Got a nice Landing Page template, planning to cash out $20 on Tuesday. After that I'll have to invest $5 on Digital Ocean in order to be able to activate my account and use the credit + $10 for a domain name. I'll set up a Wordpress blog, two Youtube accounts and will start uploading videos that will direct the traffic to the landing pages, I plan to collect email addresses while also earning money with PPD. The Wordpress blog will serve as a way of filling the "index" since the landing pages would be subfolders, I also plan to get into CPA, Wordpress will come in handy to get approved there as well.

Today there are only two article requests available (French and Japanese). Unless something important happens I expect to update my Journey on Monday. See you then!
