Im nearly sure this section is created to list high quality seo packages so newbies without seo knowledge can buy high quality seo package, but there are some problems as far as i see.

BHW is forcing sellers to provide defined kind of links so buyer can be nearly sure about quality but i think its wrong way (below you can find why i think its wrong way).

Instead of forcing sellers to provide some kind of links mods can (and i belive it would be much better) force every seller to provide short report on TOP (or bottom but top would be better so buyer dont have to read whole salespage) of his bst. How this could look ( created it in few minutes so it looks like shit but i want to share idea):

SO56N00

How many (min) = quantity in cheapest package
How many (max) = quantity in most expensive package

Problems because of forcing sellers to provide defined kind of links:
- not every seller offer all in one service but every seller want to be listed in such section to get customers, so i think manny sellers will include (for example) overpriced package to meet needs of new section, and i think its not way to go.
- 100 web 2.0 profiles / social bookmarking sites / blogs comments tell to buyer simlply nothing because seller can offer 100 pr 4+ manually created social bookmarks or 100 pligg bookmarks. Difference in quality is huge.
- BHW is beautyfull because there are no "requirements to provide this or this" in BST section so we can see many different services, from high PR web 20 guest posts to sape links. Forcing seller to provide some kind of links to be listed is wrong way to go. Controlling is ok but forcing... i dont think so.
- Indexing - linklicious or lindexed is favored by BHW so its listed as only link indexing service option? In my opinion there are better services, and many users have own private indexing systems better than public ones, so why any seller have to use this services in his package if he dont want?

Just my 2 cents :)

I dont understand whats so much new in this section. I thinks it will be Monthly Package which will help to benefit.

I see that many people have the same question on this so hopefully this answer will help.

The list i have provided is a minimum requirement but if there is aspects of the list that you can not deliver or feel are not necessary then you will be able to change up to 10% of the list. I have set this minimum as a level to raise the SEO Packages so they stay packages, keeping the difference between SEO-Linkbuilding.

For example if you want to not include "100x Profile Link Building" then you will need to state this in your thread and offer an alternative like making the "50x High PR manual bookmark submission" to "150x High PR manual bookmark submission"

Also regarding the monthly or one of price for these packages, To begin we would like all packages to be monthly but this will be reviewed again depending on feed back from buyers and sellers.

All opinions are welcome on this.

And services which meet the criteria already will they be moved IKS or it's only for new services?

Also still think it's a hell of a lot of links, I wouldn't want mass packages like that directed at my site, mass automated link building with tools would be the only feasible way to do this IMHO and then its just mass automated spam no where near WH, unless you had a seriously huge team and a high price tag to do this manual, which is not a lot of sellers.

@satyr85

I like your idea for the checklist to be added above or below each sales thread as i think this would be a clear and easy way to see what different providers are including or not including.

In regards to your other comments, i have designed this list not to control how sellers run their services but to raise the quality/amount of work of the services that will be allowed to list in this section.

If current sellers want to be considered then they are welcome to PM me with their sales thread links and i will look to see if they meet the required level or if they need to expand on what they offer.

Cool! Again not too fond of the mass amount of links listed, but a new section with more sticky space certainly appeals to me as a seller, will need to look into this more :)

Looks good! It would make more sense to call it "Premium SEO Packages".

I'm always having to sift through many threads, having to decipher obscure sales images (which I HATE!!).
Lookng forward to it.

I still don't understand the purpose of a fixed mass set of links in the upcoming new marketplace.

& what would happen to the current SEO & Link building marketplace? 90% of the sellers there are already selling SEO packages there.

What's wrong with the current SEO & Link building marketplace that we need to create a "similar" marketplace for it?

The idea for the new section will be to create a clear section for SEO complete packages and to free up space in the seo linkbuilding section for sellers only offering specific sections of link building. The new section will be elite and more difficult to get into due to the certain criteria that each sales thread will need to meet.

As the Market Place is Cleaning up by the Category so you can can Make Few More Category like..

1. Private Network Links (Blog Network, Sape Link, Private Text Links )
2. Cheap/Affordable Links (Like few Low Price Mixed Package)
3. Individual Links (Blog Comments, Social Bookmarking, Web 2.0 Links etc)
4. Mixed Link Package (Combination of Different Links Building Techniques)

I hope this way we can easily Spit the Section so the Buyer can easily find what they want and the Section will not be a Mess.. I don't know if it's useful or not.. Willing to get others Opinion...

I love the idea but fixed numbers and link types is just not going to work well.

For good ROI all this will be very low quality, automated linkbuilding IMO.

Most people on BHW are going back to blog networks and other old stuff since a few months and very soon the forum will be flooded with complains for lost rankings.

When I hear High PR blog post and price like cents or a few bucks . This isn't going to work. Or if it is short term until the blogs get deindexed.

I think we must lean on quality not on the numbers. The links in your example could be automated outsourced for $30-70 and I personally will stay away from them even for my Tier 1.

Not sure how mass link packages like that could be called "elite" lol it's more or less spam.

Complete SEO packages would have been the way to go without these restrictions on numbers and link types, who actually put these figures together? They're pretty high to be called safe in any respect no offence, like I said and like mentioned above its going to be heavey automation which generally means low quality certainly not elite.

I mean I have and lots of others have all in one seo packages which meet some of those requirements but our links are manual hand built, to manually hand build those numbers listed to qualify for the new section is near impossible, hence it will be mostly automated garbage with ppl lieing the opposite of what's working long term and could be deemed elite.

Why not make the section seo packages but without the restrictions, not hard to tell what a solid full on package is or isn't without those numbers and whats just a singular link type service which wouldn't fit in the new packages section. Just my opinion.

The restrictions have been put in place to ensure that all the sellers in this section offer complete packages. I agree that if some sellers produce these links using software then this will reflect in the price from the sellers doing this manually, it will be up to the buyer if they wish to buy a quality service or get a load of links quickly.

Each package will be tested just like all other sales thread are done in the marketplace and if they don't produce what they say they can then they wont be approved.

I think having the restrictions but allowing 10% editing of the list it will give each seller enough space for creativity to design unique packages for their buyers. Obviously this section wont be for all current sellers but it will open doors for others.

I can see the sense in SEO Packages having their own section but not entirely convinced that it will be beneficial to have mandatory link types and numbers.

I like the idea but can see people offering Manual creation then resorting to tools.
I am sure they will provide a top service for Mods/Review copies and then quality dropping off for the rest of us.
As usual, I can see unqualified people jumping on to the SEO package bandwagon by using tools and reselling other peoples packages to create a spamfest BST.
Also I think it might make it harder to determine quality vs pricing.

Don't get me wrong, I welcome any improvements to The Marketplace so this will be interesting.

Also netmoney1 made some good suggestions about The Marketplace in this thread:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...225-some-suggestions-we-head-into-2014-a.html
Have any of the ideas suggested in that thread been taken into consideration?

Honestly this section should be called the spam section.

Do people even buy these types of packages anymore? I thought everyone moved onto PBN's.

From a buyer of services (spent thousands) i really like the idea of having a home for some decent easy to find packages. But to be honest the number of links above would worry me just screams spam. One more thing if the seller is selling from the 1 of feb the package would be untested (unless previously selling) that again would be a worry. Anyway good idea maybe needs a bit of tinkering to make me want to buy.

I think the requirements are way to strict, it seems like you have outlined what an elite SEO package is without (no offence) any justification or authority behind your choices. I think it should be the following.

on site SEO
complete report of on site changes
keyword research for long tails, etc
optimize website speed

link building
Tier 1
all manual or semi automated
10+ different diverse link types
a mix of hand written + quality spun content
link building must include videos, pictures and high quality content

social
at least 3 main social signals

indexing
any indexing service or own method of indexing

report
tracking link for SERPs
comprehensive report of all links made

this way there won't be lots of copycat services and there will be more chance of better more interesting services.
