Anyone having luck holding Wealthy to account?

Ness

what a douchebag! I still wanted some of that info on there. and tools.

Ok, his Programmer placed a thread on the forum on 3/15/08 at 7:51pm EST stating this:

After spending this week trying to get ahold of alex, and not hearing anything.
I devoted a large portion of my time tracking him down, and found his fathers contact details.

Today I called him.

He had no knowledge of alex being in a car crash. In fact he told me he talked to him this morning. The mobile number I recited to alex's father (which ive contacted alex before on) was wrong. He said he will call Alex and get him to call me... which hasnt happened in the past hour and a half, and im not expecting to happen.

So, he lied to my face.. well to my face over msn.

I just received this email from Alex on 3/16/08 at 12:38am EST:

Hi Jim

I'm sorry for my delay in contacting you and for everything that has
happened lately, my life has literally fallen to pieces and I'm not sure
what to do.

I'm out of money, out of ideas, and out of breath.

I would still like to help you make money online, however at the moment I
fear that I'm not in the right position to do so.

I really am sorry for how this has turned out, however I will make it
right.

Give me a few weeks and I'll hopefully have got myself together a little
bit and be able to put everything right.

Again I'm sorry for how this has turned out, I've got no excuses.

Regards,
Alex

I Just received this email from I have no idea who (it's the same email address as the one Alex was using) but mentions Alex as third person. Date or receivement is 3/27/09 1:48 am

Jim,

I apologize for everything that has happened so far in regards to
wealthy199, but unfortunately I'm in no position to refund you as of yet.

Please give me 1 month and 20 days to recoup and refund your money.

Sorry once again.

Jimmy,

Thanks for keeping us posted. I'm sure I speak for many of us in that we hoped to hear something more encouraging about Alex.

I appreciate your update.

Thanks buddy! I appreciate it. :)

Shit happens, people lose money. Methods die or become saturated all the time. My guess is that yeah, he WAS making a lot of money and was probably young, he spent that money, partied, whatever, and when the checks slowed down or the method died, he was shit out of luck. So the coaching methods start up and he has to be able to give people methods when he has none going on anymore himself.

Just a thought... and judging by the post a few messages back Alex is broke right now.

Well wealthy199 if you promise never to offer coaching again I'll give you some free months of my CS coaching how about that? Maybe he will respond lol.

Wasn't that very blackhat of him? Get the trust of the admins/mods, have them vouch for him, and then offer a whole bunch of junk at a crazy high price...

I got in on the realzu for $500 and almost immediately I noticed a pattern emerging after "selling out". Lots of promises but little delivery and much time wasted. I also found it weird that the sales thread was pulled pretty quickly. I put a lot of trust into wealthy given his status here, guess you can never tell for sure.

NO. Fraud and cheating is NOT "very blackhat". Fraud and cheating is nothing but fraud and cheating. I'm not aware of anyone here whom vouched for Alex. Please let me know if I'm wrong.

But yeah, he was once a trusted Admin here, much to the chagrin and embarrassment of many of us.

It was impossible to guess that he would do this. I mean just read his niche guides that got stickied. With that knowledge... I dont understand how this happened...

**UDPATE ** I and i assume the others member of ICP received this email today. I was written exactly like that, almost in a 3rd person style referring to his wealthy199 persona on BHW i assume, also not signed by him just left blank.

1 month and 20 days? That sounds more like when the last person will be out of the chargeback period.

Hey Sine, actually there were HEAPS of people on BHW who vouched for Alex when he first sold Black Hat Attack. I can't remember exact names, but there were at least 10, and one Exec. VIP did say that we were the luckiest noobs in the world to be getting such coaching. I'm sure all who vouched for Alex did so in good faith, but this has probably taught us that unless you've been someone's customer, it's probably best not to say anything.

His BHA sales thread was pulled very quickly, which gave us no recourse to compare the (lack of) service we were getting against what was promised.

I was hoping that by having quite a few BHA members speak up in his latest sales thread, it would avoid a repeat of his past performance. I'm not sure why so many people would have signed up after having read of our complaints, but I'm very sorry you've all lost your money.

I think we need to remember that this has been a pattern of neglect from Alex with all his customers over more than a year. This "my life has suddenly turned to crap" is just that - crap! He's used our money for other purposes with no intention of fulfilling his promises in return.

If his life is in the toilet - it's karma.

Yeah, well I would have vouched for him too if I'd had much real interaction with him, but I didn't know him well. I do remember thinking it was a great opportunity though, since I believed he was what he presented himself to be.

Creztor, good eye. Those other versions of the article wouldn't have been so hard to find, had anyone looked for them previously.

Someone here said they did well with his methods, I seem to recall. Can't remember who it was though.

LOL! That's exactly what my wife said when I read her the email. After those 50 days anyone who used a credit card can't file dispute.

His BHA method is pretty Ace! Money can be made with that puppy. He had another method he created on his forum. Some people were able to make it work, some weren't.

Asmodeo,

As you know, Exec VIP status here means nothing if you've been screwed. As far as I know, we don't protect each other unless it's warranted.

Please don't hesitate to post issues, no matter whom it identifies.
