good stuff. intent is always hard to distinguish when coming up with keywords. but this is a good list to start from

Resonable priced should be Reasonably priced
 
It is really helpfull most of the time after these words they only add producs and services.
 
Just realize though, that different keywords signify different intent at different points of the buying cycle...

When someone is searching for reviews, they're just starting their buying process, whereas someone searching for the lowest price on XYZ model is ready to buy immediately, after having done all their research...

you can make some winning combinations by putting some of those together:

"How do I gain lease for women?"
 
This is a good start for newbies searching for keywords to aim for.
