Wordpress Premium Seo Pack plugin - Configuration help needed

Hey,

I just got a new SEO plugin for wordpress, Premium Seo Pack. I need some help with meta robots configuration, as I'm quit lost here.
This is options i have for Meta Robots configuration.

I hope somebody of you could help me out here.

Configuration Ok. Index page no follow, Link in your pages are not do follow, rest are also correct.

So i actually need to set "Page Meta Robots:Nofollow" and "Post Meta Robots:Nofollow" is that true or i have misunderstood something mate?
