Hi Nissim, I have few questions for you...

So far I have been successfully using limited US Payments with Paypal. Few days ago, I logged into my account and noticed that US Payment details have been changed from one bank to another. On top of that,
my profile page states that I need to complete some questionnaire in order to use this "new" US payment system. My questions are:

a) Can I continue to use "old" US Payment bank and account details and if yes, for how long will they be valid?
b) The questionnaire for the "new" US Payment system asks me to specify my webpage and projects I have been working on. Now I don't want to fake some webpage that will be used only for this questionnaire, as I use Payoneer only for freelancing sites and Paypal. How can I approach this matter in order to activate this new US Payment option?

and I have nothing against India, but you should at least try to read

The Payoneer card can be used at ATMs in India, simply the RBI
(Reserve Bank of India) prohibits non-Indian companies from issuing
cards to Indian residents.

We recently updated the US Payment Service to allow you to receive payments from any US company, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. To answer your questions:

1) Yes, you can continue using the old information for sites that you already have your payment method setup on. When getting paid from new companies, we suggest that you use your new information.
2) If you do freelance work online, you can simply provide a link to one of your freelance profiles (on sites like oDesk, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, etc).

Yes - you can log into your Payoneer online account to view a full list of pricing and fees, and in addition the same list is available during the application process (prior to submitting your information).

I'm really upset to say this but Payoneer has been bad experience with me & my sister,
When My sister tries to withdraw payment from paypal for work she did online, Payoneer Disabled her us payment service for nothing.
Payments are not returned to paypal yet.

I Will not recommend to anyone Payoneer Service Who uses paypal for transactions because payoneer will disable your us payment service if you use it for paypal.

Each payment received to your Payoneer account is reviewed on an individual basis. It's possible that some details related to the account or payment were not in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which required us to disable the service for the account.

In all cases, we return funds to the sender at no cost to the Payoneer account holder.

If you can tell me & Everyone here which of terms & Conditions was wrong we did?
When we try to withdraw payment from Paypal(Paypal Is allowed in payoneer i think?) for work that we did (Not any other payments were received ever, except there was one payment cancelled which i got email but i don't know what was that about.

Not just our payment service was disabled, few days ago my friend also tried to withdraw his paypal but also his was disabled.

I think payoneer don't want paypal withdraw in their service.

When i tried to ask one of live chat Rep, he told me that it was disabled for unknown reasons

Now I got this email of payment which I never even understand what is wepay. & My sister account is totally blocked now

If your Payoneer account is disabled for any reason, all funds will be made available to you. In addition, any payments that are not approved are returned to sender, at no cost to the Payoneer account holder.
