Can I apply for Paypal through Payoneer? Because Paypal didn't recognize my country yet and I can't use my bank account...

Payoneer is not affiliated with PayPal. If PayPal does not currently support your country, you will unfortunately not be able to use their service - Payoneer cannot provide a solution to circumvent that policy.
 
Hi Nissim.
I applied for a payoneer account, but when I complete all the steps and filled in all my details and click "finish" I get a 404-error notfiound page. Can you help me out on this?

Please note that the Payoneer application is done on a secure site/session. If you take too long to complete the application, or go back/forward between pages, it may result in an error when submitting.

Please try clearing your browser cookies/cache submitting the application again, and let me know if you have any issues.
 
Bottom line...the gears turn very slowly at Payoneer. Don't be expecting any fireworks...it's a fantasy, not a reality.

I PM'd you last Wednesday. I have still not had a reply from you. In the mean time the private load was eventually approved on Friday after a lot annoying red tape. I am at a loss to explain why my funds will only be available on 24th December as per your system? Is Payoneer riding the interest train?? I'm not happy about this at all!

Hey man! I wanted to use the payoneer bank transfer instead of getting a card and i was wondering what the fee charge per bank transaction would be. Because it says there will be a flat $2.99 charged per each transaction but underneath it says "[FONT=Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Conversion rate USD to CAD,[/FONT]Up to 3% of transaction amount, based on mid-market rates*" What does that mean? How much do you guys charge per bank transaction?
 
Can I use payoneer in india?Can i create a us paypal account and can i transfer the funds to my payoneer account and can i withdraw the money.

Unfortunately due to regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India, non-Indian companies are prohibited from issuing credit/debit cards to Indian residents. For this reason we are unable to provide the Payoneer card to Indian residents at this time.
 
there is a bug in system,i am trying to log in with my email and pass and is keep saying the details are wrong,for sure they are not wrong,also when i put details on forgot password is saying wrong details.that sucks a lot


Wrong details. You have 2 more tries before your account is locked ,what the fuck ,if details are wrong what account they will block?
