Drip feeding Facebook/Twitter page

The famous "How to create an Authority site" from Solid Site Foundation is indeed a great guide, and as I read it I stumbled when he revealed:

Before starting to create the site, I get one facebook page, one google+ page and one twitter page for the site's brand (facebook.com/domain)... Drip feed these by 7-10 days, it will help with pages growth. When you share one of the site posts it helps if you retweet/like that.

So my concern is, how do you do this very effective drip feeding that he is talking about? How do you do drip feeding to your own Facebook/Twitter and possibly also google + accounts? I have searched a lot on Google and BHW, but haven't found any topic about it. Now I guess you need a tool for it, but which tool?

Drip feeding refers to posting over an extended period of time, not just all at once. For example, instead of posting all of your website's articles on Facebook in one day, post an article a day or every few days to make it look more natural. No tools are really necessary, but I like to use Buffer for Facebook page posts.

Tried use buffer, but seems you like need to upgrade to Pro to be able to add more than one facebook page!

Not looking to do it manually, looking for a effective solution to post on like 20 twitter/facebook accounts quickly!

I think you confused what the guide meant.

By drip feeding he meant multiple posts per day from each of the accounts. Not multiple accounts.
