Web 2.0, Source of Backlinks

Let's take a Web 2.0 service like Blogspot for example. Let's say I have a really good profile on that and write a bunch of articles linking back to my site.

Is this worse than having the same number of articles/backlinks coming from multiple Web 2.0 websites?

Yes, having links from different sites/web 2.0 blogs is always better than having multiple links from same web 2.0/IP.

You can advertise in targeted city for your coding services in cragslist. Let say an example: if you have business in New York than you can choose that city in craglist to advertise.

if you use Copyscaped Content on every Web 2.0, even all web 2.0 are Blogspot. But content is unique and different from each other, It is fine.

You have a good point in adding some contents to the same site ... this will increase your site authority but i would suggest you not to spend much time on a single web 2.0 links ! Better create different web 2.0s sites on different platforms like tumblr, wordpress.com, hubpages etc and get at last 1 backlink to your money site ! Use different variations of contents like use heading, sub heading, bullets, images in middle, left, right, image sizes, image backlinks, etc

This means that having multiple 2'S web is more crucial than focusing on a single site, reason being is that it magnifies the web due to the wide spread of recognition.
Note: Don't try spinning articles, harmful by nature.

Thanks, I didn't even think about varying my placement of links. That's a great idea I will use in the future!

Yeah, I'll probably do California cities, but I'm not sure what that second line you wrote means?

And I don't have to post in a single city. If anyone has advice for multiple cities that would be helpful. Idk how to post to lots of cities automatically so I would have to do the ads manually so I want to target the most high traffic ones.

the 'while' test returns a bool value of 1 or 0. it basically asks the question "Is 1 different from 0 ?" and of course it will always answer "YES".

in lame terms it means you should post your ad everywhere

I would diversify and not rely on one backlink. You can easily Google for web 2.0 sites and make a comprehensive list.
Never put all of your eggs in one basket.
