Two simple words:
Judge Judy
Judge Judy
It doesn't matter if it is $100 or $10K, it's moneyThere is a ton of great advice in this thread. I would avoid small claims as well as negative SEO (this could make you liable).
What I would do write them a stern email and make sure you CC as many higher ups in the company as possible. Let them know that you also do reputation management and you will make sure that people will know that they don't pay their bills. You can always use review sites as well as Ripoffreport and complaintsboard.com and explain that you will make sure they show up in the search engine anytime someone searches their companies name. Make them understand it will cost them a lot more than $300.
If it comes down to that, hit me up on Skype and I will help you out getting those ROR and Complainsboard listings ranking high.
Totally agree....
Or...... call this guy :
It would not me defamation if its true. They cant do anything to youAnd make sure you do it anonymously because that could bite you in the
ass since it would be considered defamation.
This.
Tell them that you'll start posting reviews on major forums around online. That should do the trick. And if they don't pay, then go ahead and start posting online.
