Be the most interesting & mysterious man in the room. Treat them friendly and if sex is on your mind, behave like you already get plenty of action.
Just remember they are humans so there's no difference in talking with them. Hitting on them is optional but I enjoy spontaneous flirting myself. Believe me, more women appreciate a guy being interested in them than you think. Mainly because guys like you are always afraid to say something.
