Dont forget that Ebay own Paypal. What country are you in? You really are digging yourself into a very big hole.

I have paid that 100 dollars today.
Ok, im gonna tell you what i have done.
I was selling and didnt ship items. I only did this cause both my mom and dad lost their jobs. I know this is not fair but...
So i had changed the name/address and removed the paypal account that was connected to ebay.
After i will get all the money i will close the bank account that was linked with paypal.
When the buyer start open disputes about the items they dont recieve, what will happen?
Can ebay find me or something? As i said im not American and i dont live in America.
OK so you ARE a scammer.
Depending on the total value, they can and will look for you if it is large enough.
Ebay is worldwide, it doesn't matter if you are not in the US.
Local laws concerning debt may be different. You need to do some local research.
If the accounts WERE truly stealth, then you MAY get away with it.
But as you said you changed the address they will have a record of this, so I don't think it would classify as a stealth account.
I suggest you DON'T do this in future.
If you DO decide to become a full time scammer then at least make it worthwhile.
If you haven't spent the money then repay what you owe and hope for the best.
Depending on your age and your location YOUR parents MAY be personally responsible for your actions.
I suggest you consider telling them.
If you made a mistake in judgement then I hope things work out but if your intention is to continue scamming then it might be better for you to deal with the consequences.
I got myself in trouble with the law at 18 and no matter how Gangsta you might feel, it is not pleasant.
Have you at sometime either on Paypal or Ebay or your Credit Card used a real address there or a real name connected with you or your Mother?
Well im 21 years old,and after maybe 50+ job applications nobody called me for job. So i decided to do this, cause i needed money to pay for college. Im not planning to do this again.
The ebay account had my personal informations, but i change it.
And on the paypal it had my mothers name but last name is wrong. Im gonna close the credit card thats connected with paypal.
The total is about 700 dollars. I will leave some of the cash on paypal in case any of the buyers requests refound.
I have another question..what if i close the credit card that is connected with paypal, and the buyers want refound, the balance will get into minus (cause i have withdrawed some money). Will Paypal be able to find me?
I started refounding some of the buyers now.
It is the same question and everything said, still applies.
Refund EVERYBODY that you can, the lower the amount that is owed means there is a little LESS chance that they will chase you for it.
Then even if they do track you down, there will be LESS money to repay.
Once you have finished doing this, then look at some of the legitimate methods on BHW.
Good Luck
The thing is that i already withdrawed some of the money, so i hope they wont come after me for 150-200 dollars.

Look at it this way. If you owe $150 dollars and they know your details they will come after you one way or another. Can you imagine if these big companies knew where people lived such as yourself in Serbia and said....its too hard to get our money back lets forget about it......Imagine how many people then start opening accounts in Serbia or any other country where they didnt chase the money.
I dont think that there is agency or something here to collect that debt.
