I have done some selling on ebay, and i got email to bay fees of 100+ dollars, witch i dont want to.
I have read that they will send debt collectors, but i dont live in America, im in Europe.
Whats the worst they can do if i dont pay? I dont care about the account.

Just pay your fees? Why would you try to rip eBay off when they've clearly brought a substantial amount of money your way. Unfathomable.

EDIT: They can and will collect your debt, and rightly so.

If its on a stealth account, dont worry about it. But if its under your name or relatives name I suggest you pay for it, could even hurt your credit if you dont pay for it

For $100 I'm pretty sure they will send and assassin, so you might want to save those $100 and hire a really well trained bodyguard. I'd recommend John Diggle since I believe he is doing a fine job protecting Oliver Queen. Still it's up to you. Just if you decide to use him tell him I referred you to him :D
If you want to save all the trouble just pay.

if you dont pay the fees your account will be banned and they will try to find you. If you're unlucky and leave your credit card info/bank account info on your account they will take the money from there.

I don't know how it works over there where you are at. But over here in Canada I did that once where I never payed the fees and it just ended up getting sent to collections until I eventually payed it. At the very most, that would be all you have to worry about.

Well for starters your account will go into the negative and you won't be able to use it until it's back at 0 or has a positive balance. As it's been said if it's a stealth account I guess you got away with it....but if it's not and it is a relatives or something I'd highly recommend paying it because it's probably linked to their card/information anyways. They'll get the money if it's actually a real persons man.

OP, chances are you will get away with it and it can be forgotten BUT if you are concerned then just pay it.
You sound like a young guy so don't start going down the wrong path.
Trust me, I have been there.

The biggest problem with people not paying fees and starting stealth accounts and repeating the same course of action is that Ebay and PP will just increase their fees to the rest of us and make things harder for those who want to run their business legitimately.

They will be after you for the debt. If they cant get the money from you they will sell the debt to a debt collector who will add more charges to the bill and still be after you. people that say Ebay or PP wont worry about $100 dont realise they will just sell the debt to someone else. Once they know who you are or your mother as you mentioned in the other thread they will take you ro court in your absence. If you dont go to court to defend yourself they will win. They will then come to your home and be able to take your possessions or your mothers. So I think its best you pay them.

You should plan things ahead. Include the fees in your business plan. If you can't even afford the fees, then your strategy is definitely a bad one!

I have paid that 100 dollars today.

Ok, im gonna tell you what i have done.
I was selling and didnt ship items. I only did this cause both my mom and dad lost their jobs. I know this is not fair but...

So i had changed the name/address and removed the paypal account that was connected to ebay.
After i will get all the money i will close the bank account that was linked with paypal.

When the buyer start open disputes about the items they dont recieve, what will happen?
Can ebay find me or something? As i said im not American and i dont live in America.
