Hello guys, I'm new here and I don't know weather to post this topic here or not but my question is....
How much would be the fair price to sell a website with...

Domain Age: 2y 11m [started blogging from day 1].
Backlinks: From 100 sites.
Google Index Status: 164 URLs.
Page Rank: 1.
Blog Posts: 100+ [Hand Written, All original & not copied from anywhere - Tutorials, tech news, reviews, giveaways, etc].
Blog Niche: Tech & Hacks.
Feed Subscribers: 400+.
Email Feed Subscribers: 700+.
FB fans: 255.

I haven't bought this domain from anyone, I'm the creator and the owner from the day one.
When I first started this site, I have no intention of selling as I was just interested in sharing. But, now I want to sell this site due to time construct and other projects.

So, now what would be the fair price to sell this website??? Please give me your genuine opinions and don't ask for the domain name as I can't disclose it yet.

When I was actively blogging I received any where from $25 - $50 from ad-sense, and another $40 - $50 from other direct advertisements(product reviews) and affiliate links [pageviews 15000 - 18000 monthly].

As of now I'm only receiving $5 - $10 each month[5000 - 8000 page-views] - May this is due to my non-blogging in recent months.

As I said before, I just can't disclose the site either via publicly or via PM.... Hope you understand.
