complaint from ebay buyer. What to do?

Hello,
My first fake was sold on ebay and now the buyer wants his money back, coz he received a fake iphone. he says he is going to complain to ebay.

I have no idea what to do now.
What ebay can do? suspend my account or something more serious?

Um yeah they could suspend your account... best thing to do is be nice as hell and say you didnt know can he please return it and you'll refund his money.
Then try to sell it to another sucker and find a better supplier

Why would you sell a fake iphone and not let people "secretly" know that its fake. I.E. Dont post any where that its an actual IPHONE.

Say your supplier told you it was legit and you did not do the usual check for that batch and so you will offer a refund and say that is the best you can do in the circumstances.

The thing is if you give him his money back and let him return the phone he will give negative feedback anyway.. so I suggest to keep the money and sell till you get banned

Ebay can ban you and probably will. They are very fast and good at trying to get buyers their money back. It is so sad.

I would tell him to send the phone back, refund the money, and then stop any deals you have with the supplier.

Really? I haven't sold on ebay in a few years since I got banned.
