PayPal limitation - willing to pay you. PLEASE READ

Hi,

Basically I have an non-verified PayPal account and because I cannot verify my PayPal account because I'm underage so if I tried to enter my bank information it will not work and suspend my account.

I have got money in my account from an item I sold and because I have received over my allowed limit my account has been limited, I need to get his money out so I can get some presents for people for xmas.. yeah it's late but it'll still help.


I'm looking for something/someone that will be able to help me be able to get my money out.

I know it's not the best but the money that I'm paying is through PayPal only and the money I am paying the person who can get it unlimited is locked in my account.

So I need to remove the limitation then I can send you the money for doing this.

You will need a virtual bank account, amongst other checks and documents to prove who you are to paypal. The process will take a bit of time, and it very unlikely that you will get your money before Xmas.

Hello guys im new here im from the uk, and i had a pretty steady imcome being made from ebay.
untill they decided to ban me because my account was linked to a different account with bad feedback and that i had opened 3 ebay accounts
im trying to open a stealth account i understand that i must use different IPs and a different windows user and a new phone number email ect

this is no problem i just dont understand how im ment to create a "stealth bank account to link to my paypal
could someone point me in the right direction?

Hi,

They are asking for the bank account information, I would need someone to help me set this up as I have no money, the only money I have is actually locked into my PayPal account. Once I get the account unlimited I can then happily pay you for doing this.

Just so you all know, this guy is most probably an ebay scammer.

He probably sold an Item on ebay with no intention to send it and then got his account limited when he attempted to transfer the money.
I had a verified paypal account with my real bank linked to it when I was underage, they don't check the age of the bank account user.

All I am looking for is a decent person that can kindly help a gentleman out.

Yes they do check the age of the bank too, I already tried with my bank and it was not having any of it. Hence the age limit 18 years of age.

Why would they allow someone under age to be able to use it, come on now.

You've never used ebay before but you're using some unknown auction site? if your account is unverified they would of limited you long before you had even reach $1000..don't know how you managed to receive 1,900+...

Well no as I am underage and never thought about using it tbh. Well my account is unverified and I've just been limited.. Thanks who ever said try my own bank again.. I tried my bank a few months ago and did not work but just tried and it worked!!

I need either of the following now

• Passport
• Driving license
• National identity card
• Any official government issued ID (issued by the Army, Police or Diplomatic forces)

You can get this easily but as you said first they need to remove limitations and them you're going to pay him.
None of the good rated seller are going to contact you in this scenario.Sellers need payment before they can get started.
