Mdiez - to be perfectly fair, you used a brand keyword on your brand.es domain, in google.es (spain) and you are ranking #1 for your brand in spain. Not sure what you are looking for as far as serp changes

Sent you a PM but i'll answer here as well. I recommend only one PAD per domain, because they are being submitted to the same sites so you'll get diminishing returns. Thanks for your interest.

I used this guys service on a YouTube video, targeting a 9k a month medium/heavy keyword (secondary keyword), went to 7 from no where.

In saying that, I do have a pretty diverse and strong link base, Im targeting 5 main keywords and 200 secondary keywords. I have about 6k total links.

I have links from paid PR release, blognetworks, web 2.0s and everything else.

In my opnion, i think these pad submissions work like a treat when they are mixed in with a strong diverse link base, but dont expect results with just these links alone.

Question to OP, have you had success with different keywords pointing to the same website/YT video from PAD submissions?

Thanks for the kind words Markethealth, glad you think this service is a valuable add-on. No, I only recommend 1 PAD submission per domain. You could always order them for your strong Tier 1 properties though, to juice em' up.
