I had high hopes for this service, but after placing 3 orders I immediately requested that one of them be postponed, and my request was denied. I then asked for a copy of the paypal receipt because I paid by credit card through paypal and didnt get a receipt from paypal. Again they were unhelpful, saying that they would not be able to without a transaction ID, which I didnt have. Digging out the right transaction in their paypal account would have been a 2-3 minute job.

I would love to order more at this price, but I cannot accept service levels like that, no matter how cheap the service is.

You told us to cancel one of the order when it was already under process so we could not.We get hundreds of orders from various forums and it is very difficult to send you receipt or order details without even having a transaction id, email or any other info. We wanted to help but without any info, we couldn't.
