Got all your orders. Here's a current update:
- The Instant Ratings server was messed up, it's fixed now, but the orders are moving slow as we catch up on old order while delivering to the new ones at the same time. You'll see movement, it's just a little slower than normal
-Non-instant ratings are fine and have been.
-Views have been updating/counting very little views. What happened is honestly shocking to our team, but we have been changing things accordingly the last 36 hours. We are doing a final test which we expect to see 100% of views counting again and then after that, we will be tweaking our delivery accordingly and upping the traffic and catching up on all orders. The thing about this stuff is, we deliver real views, so when there is an issue like this it just makes our system/delivery stronger to come. I'll keep people posted when it's 100% running smooth and all views are counting. However, everyone will still be seeing little movement, nothing crazy yet though.

UPDATE:
Views running smooth again! Please allow time while we catch up, since we got a bit behind the last two days. Speed will pick up day by day.

any updates? views are still not running (less then 50 views per day are sent)

UPDATE:
We ran into more issues. We do have views counting, but no where close to 100% yet. Doing more tests and changing more stuff daily. We expect to be back 100% anytime now. With little stuff like this, we learn and get stronger. I want to give my sincere apology for the delay in views, but for every problem, there is a solution, it's just that YT not updating in real time makes things difficult to test and find the issue.
For anyone who didn't get views, we will gladly cancel your order and refund you upon request. However, like I said, we should be back anytime now. I am literally working non-stop, just wanted to give you guys an update. Thanks for your patience!

We finally fixed it for sure. We are still testing a couple things to get the root cause of what was happening, but we changed the delivery for all videos in the system and they will update MUCH MORE now. So, with that said, we are back, but tomorrow we will be 100% for sure, once our tests are done and we know for sure what the issue was.
Please keep in mind that we are going to need a few days to catch up on old orders and increase everything to the optimum level.
