What is the frame to create or ....?
How many articles and pages do I need for Web 2.0?
What is the best practice create Web 2.0 properly???
How many Percent of LSI, Anchor text, naked URL should I use....?
How many backlink should I use?
***I'm new to this, and I think I don't even know what to ask, so please tell me everything about that.

Treat it like a micro niche site, write some high quality articles edit the template, add some images, then add a link to your site in one of the articles.

But, should I put the backlink as soon as I finish my Web2.0 or wait until period of time? (I heard someone tells me to wait for 14 days)
And, how would you easily register for Web2.0 with different accounts?

One of my 2.0's has like, 100 words? And it's outranking my Money Site last time I checked haha.
I suggest putting more effort into it and sending some wiki/social bookmark/xrumer blasts to it but...sometimes less seems to work.

Yes it's true my friend. Apparently they take Spam better than Money Sites so that's likely why. It wasn't Blogger though..I'm testing a Blogger now and seeing how it ranks without Spam.

Tumblr's doing the out-ranking though. Build it on any platform you like, I've learned the content is the bread & butter..then top it off with some backlinks.
A week ago I added content to a fresh site and now it's #1.
0 backlinks on it. However all but 1 of my sites is a Money Site, the others are related to my offline business.

Throw unique content on it (related to your Money Site), images and video help too (again, must be relevant to niche) and either blast it right away with bookmarks/wiki/xrumer or give it a few days/week before blasting. Sometimes the content is ideal enough to rank by itself without links.
Include 1 link to your site per article MAX. Switch up anchor text and so on. This is basic SEO so you'll find more info around this forum easily.
