Unfortunately many newbies were simply copying long existing texts from the WWW and other forums and posting them here, I guess the forum admins blocked that.

I think you do not have to worry about proxies much after the web2.0 acct is created as most that I know really only monitor acct creation. Once created, posting from different IP is not the problem.
