We have had a few sites found with unnatural links and Google is stating that they are taking action against the unnatural links instead of the sites ranking as a whole. The techs have found the issue and removed the links.

google isn't actually penalising the site, but is removing/de-valueing some of the inbound unnatural links.

Techs are already in the middle of placing your accounts on the new techniques and getting those links have been removed. You will start to see the improvement within the next 10 - 14 days

Also, I placed my order on 11/18 (a month ago) - the keywords I provided were very long tail and the comp is relatively low however; I am yet to see any movement whatsoever (ranks are currently above 100 in the serps) .. do I have to wait 2 months to see results?

Ideally I would've liked to have seen some movement in month 1 and then some in month 2, but it seems that at this point it will happen in one go .. which tbo.. makes me a bit uneasy..

I have had many situations of khanna going missing in action or being unresponsive, for quite a while. Very difficult to get a hold of or a response from. So on one site I had been using only this service for several months and got a manual action/penalty from Google. It is from this service alone. I do not recommend it. And reading from the recent thread it appears to have happened many times. And when this happened I can no longer get a response from the OP. I tried to resolve this professionally but seems I have to post here.
