Ok, sorry for my late response, I'll try to answer all your questions below:

Exactly what are tokens and why do you have them in the software?
I have to manually put together a list of post ids? Why is this not automated?
What are Tokens:
Facebook explain them like this - "When someone connects with an app using Facebook Login, the app will be able to obtain an access token which provides temporary, secure access to Facebook APIs.
An access token is an opaque string that identifies a user, app, or page and can be used by the app to make graph API calls."
In my own words - You can do stuff on Facebook on behalf of an user if you have a token generated by a facebook app for that user. When you click an app on FB (like those BS "facebook red" or "ask a question" or any type of "contest app") that app will ask you to click an accept button to be able to play that game or get access to that page. When you click accept Facebook will generate a Token with your info and send it to that app so from that moment (for 60 days then they need to be updated) that app will be able to post updates on your wall or send you emails or do any other stuff in your name and on your FB account. If you get access to Tokens generated by a FB app for other people you can do all those things on their accounts or in their behalf (if you have the right software).
Why do I use them in my software:
I use them to be able to use the API provided by Facebook for developing Facebook apps (well, just parts of the API), in this way the software is more stable then a software that will use plain FB accounts and will need fewer updates.
Yes you need to manually gather the post id's, in a future update I'll add a module to gather id's (never crossed my mind, I use the software in a more targeted way)

Yes I offer only 7 days refund, if it stop working I will try to make it work again but I can't guarantee that I can find a fix fast or ever (I doubt that this will be the case unless Facebook change their API in a radical way, but that will hurt ALL the FB apps out there and some huge FB partners will not be happy)

About getting tokens: You can buy them, but I have seen that most of the people that provided such a service vanished. You can get them yourself very very easy and it will cost you only 14$ (the price for a php script that is doing this), I will give you the link for that script (I'm not affiliate in any way with the owner and I don't get ant commission for sales) or may be you can find it cracked, it has a pdf in it that will show you how to set it up and how to make it work.

I've been looking bot like this for FB cause my bot is not that automated as yours.

Also, it would be nice if the bot can detect "new post" of a page so it will comment right after that page has new post cause getting postID manually will take you time.
To detect if there are new posts in the moment that they are posted imply that the bot is ON and online 24/7 and also ping-ing Facebook 24/7 ... that will overload their servers and get your IP banned very very fast! Facebook has a very complex protection system that will bann you for 12-24 hours if you send to many requests in a short time to their servers this protection is based on number of requests/time but also on the load that your IP is sending to their servers ... I have put some random delays in my software to avoid that but when it was on the testing phase I had my IP banned 2 times for 24 hours and I could do nothing (my tokens appeared broken and all the functions didn't worked ... I need to stop for 24 hours, then I put the delays in the software)
