Would it be worth it to link to an article than links to my money site instead of linking to my money site?

It depends on your philosophy and ethic in regards of link building. If you ask me for my personal opinion, I would recommend you to target directly to your money site, since our premium quality tier 1 links were always meant to be directed to the money site.

i got report for order number 252 and it's not right
I have not gone thru to check much but many of the item does not exist or has nothing to do with the site I need seo on?
On web property, the first item, and from 30 to last, most are relating to washer/dryer. That is not my site?
On the aa blg blast, I randomly check some site and non of them have my site on it.
Social book marking you are book marking all the whirlpool repair, that's not me (both the high pr and low pr one)
There is some major mistake with my order and this is not exceptable.

Hi Aldis, order placed, last few digits of the paypal transaction are 5921N, I entered the wrong BHW username in the order by mistake, hope thats ok ?

Hello! Happy new year.
Actually, our links are created on high authority websites with high PR score, as well as high PA/DA, specially our tier 1 links.
If I understand you correctly, these links are what you call "newly built links", since most of these links are posted in the inner pages of these high authority websites (a new article page, web 2.0s, wiki, social bookmark, etc).
We do not provide actual high PR links (except for the "high PR comments" tier 2 property), since these types of links are very likely to get abused and the outbound links from these URLs sooner or later will go up to the point that it is no longer beneficial to have that a tier 1 link from those sites, quite the opposite, eventually it might turn harmful to have a tier 1 backlink from those actual high PR pages.
On the other hand, what you call the "newly built links" will usually mature and grow stronger as the time goes by. Therefore, these type of links will be passing on over time more link equity and more benefits in general throughout all the link properties inside the link pyramid and finally to the money site.
