Autoblogs - Why so much BS about them?

I will say this though...If you truly want to know how many searches a keyword gets.

Create an adwords campaign

Bid $2 per click for the [exact phrase match]

set your budget at $100 per day

Now you'll know two things

What the top clicks are paying

The total number of searches per day

PS....I have two autoblogs that I spend zero time on...one is in the weight loss niche and the other is in the investing niche. That is about as unimaginative as one can get...lol

Both do very well

Autoblogging is simple and easy if you know what you are doing, build content is no advice its a presupossition that will discourage people stupid enough to buy it. Same goes for other challenges in life i guess thats why depression is blooming.
What makes a challenge exciting is if it can be done relatively easy, what makes this game fun to me is that i can create blogs with a fucking click and smart use of google.... this is a game, not a hard labor in a bloody nazi kamp.

About 3/4 of his links are higher ranking article directories. A sprinkling of social media, but he also has links from a few other fireplace design sites. (clearly a link farm). I think the same amount of juice could be had from 100 or so quality directory listings.

Viola! Clearly 10 of these crappy sites would make around 10K a month.

Point is, it is ALL ABOUT THE NICHE. Who would have guessed fireplace design tips? I would never have. I find niches that I never would have even imagined in my wildest dreams. Just the weirdest stuff that makes you money.

P.S. Remember you want to pick a niche where you can get the #1 slot for at least one money making keyword. The dropoff in traffic after first is incredible. Long tails are good, but keywords bring in the cash.

I test auto blog method for a month now, and I also made 4 auto blogs before I know this idea really work for some people. I choose some high competitive markets and jump in, my blog's alexa ranking is about 1270000, google analystic shows I have average 40 unique visitors per day, and the CTR is below 5%, I get 0 to 2 clicks daily....

That blog has been live for more than 6 months, I don't think it will make me 1k per month in near future...

I have read some posts about auto blog here, and I did follow their steps(i am a follower...), and the result is obviously sucks.

I even forget I have made 5 blogs did automatic content building for 6 months(I set them and forget...).

I guess those posts are not the answer to autoblog, although they looks like one.

I have used wp-o-matic, I'm not a big fan of it but for some circumstances it works well. Sometimes we use more than one way to generate content just depends on what are needs are.

There is no one answer when it comes to generating content for your blogs or how to best monetize them.

When I get the section on content finished for the ebook I'll post it on here.

my method atm
- i use high searched low results general keywords of my niche, then i make the general keywords as my domain name and blog title
- then from the general niche keywords i dig 10 more good long tailed keywords
- i use the 10 long tail keywords as my home keywords in platinum seo
- then i just look for content (videos articles etc) from the 10 long tailed keywords, rewrite then post it

what do you think ? is my method okay? i just dont really know the best method for long tailed keywords.... if i use it for :
- categories, then should i change the home keywords in platinum seo with other long tailed to avoid duplicate?
- tags, then maybe i need much more keywords, 10 keywords is not enough for a blog tags that auto post for a year
- post titles and articles, then i dont think it not really autoblogs anymore coz i have to edit every single post title to match the keywords

I love what your are doing....and no thats to an autoblog in the truest sense of the word but......

Now add automated content to your blog....I prefer to create my targeted content on pages and then use the auto generated content as post.


For those that think you can just throw some crap content on your blog a make a $100 a day then you are in the wrong spot....if you have the means to create 10 autoblogs a day every day then in a month or two you should be seeing a decent stream of income.

If on the other hand you create 10 or 15 autoblogs and expect to retire then you have a rude awakening coming.

"NOTHING" is 100% automatic you will be required to put some effort into it. Some blogs will make $4 - $5 a day while others may only make $0.10 per day thats why we create bunches.

Answer this question...what benefit would I get from having the search engine spiders visit my blogs 100/day?

What's the benefit of have 100 or 200 PR 2, 3 &4 blogs?

what do you mean by targeted content on pages? is it an individual pages (like privacy policy or sitemap pages)? so what i have to do with the targeted keyword is to make a single static page with single unique article in it? or maybe you mean pages as categories? sorry if i sound dumb bit i dont really understand

Now add automated content to your blog....I prefer to create my targeted content on pages and then use the auto generated content as post.

Then the rest of the updating posts go below them even though they are more recent...this is to show SE's that your blog is still active, giving you that bonus
