The term lag is a very global term and their could be 10s of different reasons behind it. Firstly, did you submit a ticket? If so kindly provide me the ticket #id so that I can personally look into the issue.

Most of the time it's the wordpress users who uploads hundreds of plugins on a shared server without optimizing their website which eventually makes their website extremely slow. This could be just one of the reason, but until you submit a ticket, I can investigate what exactly the issue is.

Also i currently have my website hosted with moonfruit can i transfer the website over to you and is there any facility i can use to copy the site across. And finally what is it like for seo do you support things like rich snippets and ownership tags etc ? I'm definitely in for moving to the right service as long as the price is right ?
