You can cancel the preapproved payments on paypal. Profile => My money => Preapproved payments => Cancel whatever you want

I cant....i havent got this payments in my profile, i have others suscriptions but this suscription no. In proxy webpage it say:

We do not use traditional PayPal Subscriptions. We use what are called "Preapproved Payments." The advantage of this is that we have flexibility with what plans we offer you and can change the billing amount from month to month. Preapproved expire after 1 year or $2,000 in payments, whichever happens first. When this time comes, you will receive emails notifying you.

So i cant cancel it from paypal...

Just to be clear here, and from a totally independant view,
the member proxygo is NOT a direct competitor,
but as someone who cares for the integrity and honesty of BHW,
he came into the thread to clarify issues, which IMHO, he has done admirably.

The Mods will decide the outcome of the BST, but please be reasured, that
this guy proxygo is one of the best sellers in this field in BHW,
and although an apology from you would be the right thing to do,
it is important to have the ability to distinguish between the honest brokers,
and those who (perhaps) seek to deceive.

i cant compete with a private proxy seller, i dont sell them
i deal with public proxies for scrape box, nothing more
and we all no private proxies make more money and work
on more things. thats just fact

we as sellers all keep watch on our own sales areas because it only takes
1 buyer to tell his friends he had a bad buyer experience,
friend tells a friend, word of mouth travels, and we all get a little tarnished
this though is the problem when users with 100 posts dive into a BST
make some cash then get sloppy, 6 weeks mia is just BS. 6 weeks couldnt
be bothered more like...

I totally get that, and in my opinion, we need more members who will
not just look out for their own little slice of the pie, but actually gets the bigger picture,
and understands that negative conutations permeate throughout any particular sales areas,
therefore those who have experience in that field should be proactive at clarifying issues,
because the vacuum created by "what if?" or "what about?" questions only serves to
create distrust and disharmony, and belittles the work that many members do in here
to ensure a smooth and healthy marketplace, one which is not destroyed by the one bad apple,

and the only reason hes getting support if thats true
is because his threads where locked and people where gonna
shit list him, i dont feel sorry for a guy who sells a product on bhw
and shows up when he feels like it, taking payments he shouldnt have
people waiting refunds 1/2 months, because hes busy...

happy to take the $ but disappear for months leaving product
unsupported . and a lack of customer respect.

Within the next couple days, if you requested a refund, you will get your money back. If you were billed after you submitted a support ticket asking for a refund, you will get that money back too. If you are just plain pissed and want your money back, submit a ticket and I WILL refund you.

Proxy51 support has sucked big time. That's on me. Sorry guys. Wish I could explain more. If you honestly want a detailed explanation, feel free to PM me.

This is what happen. When I ordered proxies and made a payment, I received an auto generated response that my payment was declined due to whatever reason that I don't know As I really needed IP's to run on my campaigns, I resorted to finding another provider and paid those IP's with no problem experiencing at all. I was almost done doing with my campaigns when I'm surprised with an email from you that I'm automatically charge and subscribed in the monthly subscription.

I immediately responded and open a ticket and ask for the cancellation of monthly subscription and full refund of the payment for the simple reason that I did t use your delivered IP's. But I did not hear any single response from you. It's been 22 days now since I open the ticket but your keep on shall I say IGNORING on thiis?

I hope your "new hired support" could make a response to my ticket #5377

He is not responding well to his customer. customer who paid for his supposed good service. I think ignoring your customer is a very irresponsible act in the practice of a business. After sales support is a core in any online business and one "MUST" put it in a high priority if you really want to establish good reputation and relationship with your customer. He is now deserved to be put in a shit list.

To much to write, but in short: not cancelled my sub, dead proxys wich they didn't wanna change to new ones & retarded support.

I was charged again for the monthly subscription. I already ask for the cancellation by way of ticket support last month, but no response. I already filed at paypal dispute for the 1st payment to claim my money back and to unsubscribe but still the seller is not responding. There's no option to make an automatic cancellation for the subscription. What's the best thing to do to stop proxy51 from charging my paypal unto monthly subscription?
