    Dick head rented me some shared proxies for what seemed like a good deal - nope! Only activated 46 of the 50 I ordered and of the 46, 42 were dead. I have been asking for a refund for weeks with no response.

    Tl;Dr

    AVOID PROXY51!!!!!

    I had the same thing happen to me, which is why I (and several others) posted a negative review on the sales page. I disputed my purchase with paypal after getting no response from their customer service and won.

    As long as i remember there are lots of negative feedback left in the BST here.. why did you guys signed up at first place?

    Ahh i don't know why people don't take a look at reviews, response in the thread thread before making a purchase.And in the end they suffer.WE had same Issue With RMX hosting in the past but still people wanted to buy it (nothing personal with RMX i know everything is fixed now).

    i reported this thread + the sales thread to wiz
    a lot of complaints, several refunds not done
    payments taken without consent .
    and the seller MIA since mid august

    When I bought there was only 1 complaint and seller issued a refund. Then time passed, continued to use their services and then opened again the BST thread to find only complaints and BS and lies from the seller...

    I never buy stuff if I see complaints everywhere ;)

    always a good idea to read sales thread feedbacks and itraders
    thats why im proud in 3.5 yrs ive never done a refund for proxies
    not 1, all let down by having a sucky attitude
    no1 is perfect i guess

    Sorry about that. I was just pointed to this thread. I've had a tremendously busy life the past 3 weeks. No excuse, I know. But I just hired someone to respond to all support tickets. Within the next couple days, if you requested a refund, you will get your money back. If you were billed after you submitted a support ticket asking for a refund, you will get that money back too. If you are just plain pissed and want your money back, submit a ticket and I WILL refund you.

    Proxy51 support has sucked big time. That's on me. Sorry guys. Wish I could explain more. If you honestly want a detailed explanation, feel free to PM me.

    You'll all get your money back in the next few days. I have no interest in stealing your money.

    chat masta when you have a bst thread u have a responsibility to the people
    who buy from you, no1 is that buisy they dont check there sales thread since
    08-06-2013,

    thats 6 weeks of customers needing your support, refunds,
    and to say [ OH IVE BEEN BUSY ] isn't good enough for a seller.

    there are several people on your own sales thread seeking refunds for failed
    service, and payments you took after they quit your service

    and some advice - if you intend to be mia from a service you sell on bhw
    then have the decency to tell users on your sales thread...
    now go sort your sales thread out

    Also, the thing is not all about support, but for proxies. Your proxies are dead a lot of the time. I mean, I once bought like 30 proxies from you and from those 50, like 6 were the only working, the rest were dead. Even I didnt use them on seo tools, they werre dead.

    All I can say is:

    [X] Fixed Support System
    [ ] Fixed Proxies

    If your clients are requesting refunds is because your service is BAD.

    Just take this as a tip to improve your service. I might be intereested in buying from you again, IF you manage to fix your proxies. ;)

    And as always, my $20 bucks :cool:

    you havnt replied to your sales thread since 08-06-2013,
    thats around 6 weeks.

    lack of customer respect . even when i posted users are
    seeking refunds on your sales thread, credit card payments
    taken after users cancelled your service.
    users even threatening a shit list against you.
    you replied here , in chat , and didnt even bother with your
    sales thread [ again ] sloppy seller

    he is no competition to me, he sells private proxies i don't,
    he probably makes more money than me - i don't care
    my service is a 1 target product s/box url scraping proxies only.
    private proxies can be used for many things..

    doesn't excuse going mia from a service in a mess
    for 3 weeks, when actually its been 6...

    its like ive always told my subs, if you have flaws most
    people will over look them if your service is solid.
    i have more flaws than a 10 story building, but there
    over looked on a solid service with 0 refunds in 3.5 yrs
    and im here everyday

    only 1 time in all that time was i gone a 2 weeks with a back
    injury left my bed bound and still a message was left on my
    sales thread to let people no..

    put simple, if you take peoples money, provide what they payed for
    if you cant, then tell them, then refund

    I asked for my billing cancellation two months ago and he agreed. Two months later, he is still charging to my credit card and is still charging now. Bastard!

    You can cancel the preapproved payments on paypal. Profile => My money => Preapproved payments => Cancel whatever you want

    Fixed because we bought the shared hosting accounts of RMX. Ex-owner of RMX is a piece of s***, as he didn't even take care to send us a complete database of their client records, which meant that we were not able to provide proper service to the accounts we bought in the first place. I had to contact his customers one-by-one by checking WHOIS records (for those without private whois) and to help them with getting their sites up and running again under our brand. We would have loved to take their VPS and dedi customers on to our boat too, but that guy can't be contacted anymore.
