If someone said these same words to you "You are misanthropist monster, a pathetic creature that feeds on human misery," would you ban them? Just wondering because I have seen you ban for less harsh words said to you.

Not that I remember of, feel free to post a link. The fact that I did not ban you despite what I think of you, speaks volumes I 'd say.

The Hague and the Geneva conventions, that spell these issues out, are not "excuses." My point was to precisely reject the excuses given for labeling Mandela's alleged actions

There is nothing alleged once you plead guilty. And he did. And unless you come up with some text from the Geneva conventions that say that killing people in shopping malls, movie centers and WTC towers is ok, you have no argument.

What is certain and simple is that, if one sticks to one set of rules of war, that does not selectively neglect context, Mandela is not guilty of aggression, period.

Killing civilians minding their business may be an acceptable set of rules of war for the Nazis or the Mongols, but not for any civilised person. Obviously, you are not included in this category, so don't bother.

As for the mother, if she got shot dead from a ricocheted bullet coming from a cop firing at a suspect, is the cop a murderer?

So, the people who died on WTC got hit from a ricocheted plane? Mandela 's bombs were aiming for the tanks that were stationed outside of the shopping center perhaps? Pff... You are from the same paste as the people who did the Holocaust.

Finally, Bin Laden did not bring the WTC down, for according to the WTC superintendent (William Rodriguez), and the Deputy Director of the Emergency Services Department for the New York City Housing Authority (Barry Jennings), bombs were already in place in the buildings, and it was detonations from that source those buildings down. FBI translator Sibel Edmonds has testified in federal court that she translated communications revealing US intelligence was passing instructions to Al-Qaeda the day of 9/11. The crashed hijacked planes simply provided cover for what was a US/MI6/Mossad intelligence controlled false flag. This is why one must dig below the surface, as most of what is going on or spun at that level is for propaganda effect.

Here we have ZebraHat, the all knowing, all singing, crap of the world, who not only has the power of devaluing human life to nothingness, but he is also intimately informed about world level events. Because he is *that* important, ladies and gentlemen.

Einstein, you might have erred about quantum physics, but you were damn right about human stupidity.

It doesn't speak volumes. The "speaking volumes" part is gone when you get personal. "Despite what I think of you" is a personal attack. I don't agree with zebrahat either, but I would not resort to calling him a misanthropist monster and a pathetic creature. That is just mean spirited. Some people are afraid to bring things up to you because they don't want to get banned. You attack people who question you or disagree with you. This thread would have been closed if anyone else said to zebrahat what you said to him.

Oh, you bet I 'll get personal. Anyone who wholeheartedly hates humanity is a personal matter for me.

Your choice. I prefer to face evil instead of shying.

That is just mean spirited.

I wouldn't exchange pleasantries with Hitler, not how my family raised me.

Some people are afraid to bring things up to you because they don't want to get banned. You attack people who question you or disagree with you.

Bullshit. Name one person I 've banned for disagreeing with me.

Here we go AGAIN, CLEARLY with yet ANOTHER thread gone bad by a bunch of contradictive DUMB ASS RACIST comments from a bunch of internet 'tough guys'...

Had this been a thread about some white dude, Colombus, Leopold, Washington, Bota, Napoleon, Jefferson, Cortez, Jackson, or whoever... the first person to call them slave owners, rapists, kidnappers, killers, terrorists, land stealers, crooks and hypocrites (all facts by the way...) and the racists would have lost their minds (much like they have in this thread...) trying to defend wrong. But thats what racists do...

Ever notice how EVERY single post that has something to do with a Black person always gets littered by a bunch of NEGATIVE RACIST gum flapping? Doesn't matter if the person was peaceful or militant they ALL get chopped down by racist rants.

Some of the comments on here are beyond disrespectful... they're downright retarded. Interestingly though,
they ALWAYS seem to come from the same clowns.

MODS PLEASE CLOSE THIS THREAD!
It's pointless...

As RACIST will be haters until they day they croak...

Sorry if posting this makes me look like an asshole, I too appreciated Mandela and think that he was a great man. I just find this pic too funny, though...

Black or White, he had a great story to tell but he definitely do not deserve all the respect he is given.
The country was messed up before him and even worse now.

Heh, I knew that was your beef with me. Like you, he was one of Steelball 's groupies.

Fatboy got sent on long vacation for this post:

Just woke up to see Steelballs had been banned until the SL is resolved, congratulations to the peons who started the shit list thread, pat yourselves on the backs you dicks. Just proves that the scammers who now inhabit BHW rule the roost. Wrong decision all the way, especially as Steelballs can no longer come in and reply.

Ah well, guess thats another nail in the coffin for BHW, used to be a useful place and now its sinking into a stinking cesspool of corruption, thieves and scammers. If you are not in the 'right group', your name isn't popular and you don't kiss ass to the right people you are nothing. Wonder where else may be worth visiting.

If that amounts to "disagreeing" with me, well... I wonder what calling the mod who spent his time doing the shitlist procedure corrupted, kiss ass lover and a member of an "ol' boys" club who acts partially, amounts to.

Just came back to this thread to see its had a big derailment.

Dont have time to go through it all but. was Nelson a Terrorist ? well he was tried and sentenced as a terrorist and served 27 years hard time for that. I would prefer the term freedom fighter. Theres no sanitizing uprising its dirty business but its hard to understand oppression and the need for uprising from the comfort of your armchair.

Fun Fact the American revolution was an uprising, all your Heroes were terrorists... if you want to twist the semantics. Fun fact two: Nearly every country on the planet can trace its founding roots back to freedom fighters. Whether rebelling against the British, The Dutch, The Belgians, The Spanish or The Portuguese. Your country no matter where you live probably has banknotes and statues dedicated to these Terrorists.....or freedom fighters whichever you like.

I would imagine that the majority of people on this board dont actually remember the Apartheid regime or how it broke down. When Mandela was freed from Jail South Africa was charged and ready to blow. The world was waiting on it escalating out of control which could have spread across the continent. Instead of stoking the flames He spoke of peace and reconciliation....A rainbow nation for all colours and creeds to prosper. He became a figurehead for the nation and of peace worldwide. He forgave his captors and publicly supported the springbok rugby team in the world cup. That might seem a small thing to do but rugby was very much an exclusively white sport in South Africa.

As to the other comments on the thread about how South Africa is some sort of terrible crime hole. Maybe you should go and visit and see the real Africa instead of believing every bit of propaganda that is pumped out on bad news tv.

False. The American Revolution was fought by standing armies in set-piece battles. Mandela ordered and was responsible for the bombing deaths of 156 civilians, many of whom were women and children. No legitimate government can come from these beginnings; that's why South African is on an inevitable downward spiral. There is no way to sanitize Mandela's evil past. Mischaracterizing the beginnings of the greatest country in the history of humanity does not make Mandela into anything other than a terrorist. My belief was that his 27 year imprisonment was a waiting period for a better, less barbaric leader to emerge to assist in the transition and since they could not self-create another, they had to rehabilitate the terrorist they had in prison. Which is what they did with that other humanitarian and statesman, Yassir Arafat. Oh yeah, and General Butt Naked is rehabilitated too. Maybe someday he'll have people celebrating his life.
