Been using this program for ages and I can say all the best - You can make great scripts with a little to no programming experience. You just need some basic logic. However, hope that the speed of the program will increase a little and come closer to the speed of the custom C++, Java scripts.

Been using Ubot Ver 5 since it's release (Been with Ubot since Jan 2010), after weeks of using it with the Task Manager open (to kill ubot when it becomes unresponsive), I'm going back to version 4.
I've submitted support tickets, but they want me to provide test data (My logins) so I usually give up on support. The attitude of the "support" person is not one I can agree with.

Our support staff attempted for much of the day to reproduce your issue but could not do so, and after drilling down into the problem, it became important to have test data that was as close to yours as possible. You asked to speak to me directly several different times to tell me what you think is wrong, and I really appreciate your interest in that. But, we do need to be able to reproduce the issue, and the fastest way to do this is through support. We have a system in place for reproducing issues, putting them in the public bug tracker, and resolving them via our development team. Our staff is trained and has the time available to fix any issues you might find, and they are great at it. Our staff told me about what you were experiencing and I asked them to work with you on it.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem, but after viewing your ticket, I don't believe our support staff has done anything besides attempt to fix it. Please continue working with them instead of ending your communication because you could not speak directly to me about the issue. I will take a look when the problem is reproducible and fast-track fixing the issue if it is necessary.
