Some Questions About Paypal Phone Call Verification

So..whenever I try to add my Virtual US Bank Account received from payoneer, paypal wants to call me. Some questions I have -

1. Is the phone call automated?
2. What exactly they ask?
3. Any service out there to receive such phone call?
4. Can I use a US phone number to receive the call? Or any Skype number will do?

Yes but that not works with volip no included with skype that's not work

As mentioned by SEOPencil, I believe it's just an automated call that's placed to verify that the phone number you're providing is a real active number.

Yes but that not works with volip no included with skype that's not work

Didn't get you on the 4th point mate...so, skype numbers can't be used? Thought of using Flynumber but they stopped providing Singapore numbers.

On a side note, can I use a Flynumber US phone number redirected to my cell phone for a Singapore paypal phone call verification?
