How to get a .edu domain

If somebody know : how to get a .edu domain?
or something keyword.someextension.edu?

make an ewhoring school in your hometown. by the way .edu stand for education so you can't unless you're an educational resource.

If you know a teacher or someone who works in education and get them to register the domain for their school/college etc... However it would be very hard to get a domain if you didn't use it for that educational facility. - http://net.educause.edu/edudomain/

You would be better off getting an aged .com (IMO there is no difference in tld the only reason .gov and .edu give you more backlink power is that they tend to be established for longer and have lots of relevant backlinks from other universities on that topic...)

and edu domains are no longer treatet so good as some years before
