Soon when your site has grown, perhaps think about adding Affiliate links to relevant products, Adsense alone can be shaky.

I'm being harsh here but it's worth it. Why start something if you're not sure of the most important aspect ie. link-building.

Treat your site like a business, because that's what you want it to be. Have a plan for each site you make not just because you prefer 'green' to 'red' on MS.

Site still not index. I've found out that the domain i bought is aged! 2011

Aged sites or new sites still need effort to get it indexed. Link-building for a start gets sites indexed. However, as you don't know anything about link-building I'd take a look at some strategies or do it the proper way and test things yourself so you know for sure what works.

I wrote 10 more articles but haven't posted them yet.
I would make web 2.0 and probably post 2 or 3 there (thanks to your personal favorites )

Why wait to post them? A thin site with no link-building is a pointless one. I have many one page sites and many with thousands of pages, but they all get serious link-building because it's the most important bit.

Lastly, if you're serious then you would work all day every day on it. If you're not working directly on it then you should be reading up on stuff you don't know - this should have been done before you started, but you already have so it's even more important. If you're not serious and this is just a fun exercise make a blog or something about it or tell a friend, it's got no real place on Black Hat World.

I'm not having a dig, just trying to help in a matter-of-a-fact kind of way. I've just replied to a PM of a guy struggling with his site/life and told him the same. His site is never going to make money either, it looks poor and it's not something he should invest any more time in.

That said, if you can prove me wrong then you're eager and ambition helps you to achieve your goals.

Bipolar? I'm trying to tell him that posting a couple of articles isn't going to make him big money. It needs a plan. It needs some direction. He needs to learn what ranks a site instead of hoping for the best, which isn't really appropriate for BHW.

Rude? - not really, I said from the outset I was going to be harsh. The truth obviously hurts. Rude would be to tell him to give up as he's not cut out, but I was the opposite. I told him what he was doing won't get him anywhere unless he learns more and has a plan for his website. I also said he can prove me wrong if he wants to and has the ambition to make something of his site.

This is meant to be a journey thread but as I know what he's doing wrong then it will be a short-lived journey that will cost him time and money.

Of course, do what you want. You don't NEED to prove me wrong, I just know what I said is right and will make sense to you further down the line.

Update:

Total articles in the site: 27 (400-500 words each)
Created 4 web 2.0 manually with 1 about page, 1 image post, 1 post which links to big sites, 1 site linking to mine, 1 youtube post.

Why don't you buy some link packages?There are alot of them here on BHW.Buy some guest posts too on related websites.Buy some social signals.Write 2-3 good articles and submit them to articles directories.That should give you some push in the backlinks.

I wrote some more articles but not yet posted. I got some guest post and blog posts from high PR sites.
Right now the site has no ranking again. Probably due to the link pushes.
Im seeing about 3 visits a day now according to analytics

This is a very new website and I'm getting less than 3 UV daily.


Update:
I interlinked some of the articles with 1-3 links. Added 10 more articles, made a new category which stretches out to another keyword (10 scheduled post for tomorrow).

I could be wrong, but I don't think long-term you're at any kind of disadvantage with so much content on your page. Also, many people rank with ZERO backlinking, and that's part of the AdSense Flippers guide actually. I think the fact you have so much unique content is going to let you be very creative with moving the site into the future.
