Minimum hire is atleast for a month, so the hired programmer can work dedicated on one thing and not jump project to project.

Budget will depend on the skill level needed for the project. I have listed 4 skill levels on the BST first post.

All programmers have their own project porfolio's which I can share individually, we normally share that at the time of programmer interviews.

We have programmers who have done 3d Games using Unity 3d framework in the past. I can share resumes and past projects if you need.

Also for such projects where we will need specific licenses like Unity, you need to buy and provide that for the developer workstations.
