Edit: Just found out my business partner hired someone for the little task i had in mind. Will keep this in mind for a future project.

I am IndianBill's partner on SocialSignifier, and I can personally vouch for the professionalism of his programming team. They are quick and and follow instructions well. I have since hired the team for VitaRank's backend system and it works almost flawlessly (some kinks in any new system of course).

MUCH better than hiring a freelancer that you can't rely on. I will use CodeMongoose for any medium to large project I have from now on.

I personally vouch for Indianbills developers. I have used them for couple of my projects. Great developers, once you use his service I think you wouldnt go to elance or odesk in near future.

P.S) He has also got a CTO who is senior Russian programmer on his payrolls. So all blackhatters, if you have any project you wanted to do then work with Indianbills developer to get them done efficiently.

Hello, I would like to know if there's also App development for iPhone/android etc? And if so, can it be done in other languages than English?

I have a full time designer but I have had tons of trouble finding a good dev.

Yes we have iOS and Android programmers on bench, for the other languages, if you provide the translated texts then it should not be a problem to do the same.
