In case if i will do this ...i will do the following setup for 1m mails

1. Buy a Mailing Server with multiple IPs
2. Configure PowerMTA as a SMTP with ip rotation
3. Installing Interspire Email Marketer or Active Campaign
4. Setting up DNS + SPF + DKIM + Domain Key + Microsoft Sender ID
5. Feedback Loop
6. Interspire addons Spin subject line , from address etc..

I will make this short, I will do this Manually. no bots or whatsoever so it's most likely that the mail will be sent 100% to any gmail, yahoo or any other mail provider, Offer me up, my cost is also very cheap ^_^
