i have a website with good ranking in first page for some phrases.
but i have just 9 google+1.i reach to first page with backlinks.if i put google +1 button in my page,my load speed will be very low.(i test with many methods).consider, my website will be load fast and usable.but loading icon on browser still waiting.in firefox, i see this:(transfering data from apis.google...)

now my question is:
for the more google +1s, can i ignore my website load speed?can it hurt my ranking?

I have not personally seen any benefits from Google +1's, but a lot of people around the forum swear by it, so you have to try it for yourself. Add the button, see if the extra +1's benefit your site, if they do then keep it. If not, take it out. Trial and error, bro!

You don't need to install a google plus button on your website to get +1 to your website.

Watched Whiteboard Friday last weekend and they point out that G+ results are starting to show up in SERPS with some sort of time decay. That doesn't sound very useful amongst your friends but if you're building a following/influence with a brand it could be beneficial.

Basically, shared items on your G+ will end up on the front page of SERPS, say for instance you share a viral video or a link to Tech Crunch. People start talking about some new device based on the Raspberry Pi; word of mouth is spreading on forums and newsletters. One of your friend Googles "Raspberry Pi Accessories" and -bam- 4th result says below it "Shared by Jane Smith on Google+"

If you're curious about this, check out last Friday's Whiteboard Friday on Moz blog. Google is so biased towards G+, they want it to succeed so bad that they are sneaking in G+ data into search results!

I think hes asking if its worth having the button on his site to get extra +1's or not.

I was confused about that too but assumed he was trying to do something with G+ beyond just the button. Does he mean the button makes his page load slower? I don't think that would be much of a factor unless his page is taking 15 seconds to load :S

yes.but i am wondering about load speed!after add +1 button, my load speed change from 5 seconds to 15 seconds.
yes.but main question is reducing load speed from 5 seconds to 15 seconds (for +1 button) can hurt my rank?

as i said above, there is not any content and any sharable content.i can just advertise and then i ignored by peoples!only way is google +1 button on my website.(most of visitors click on +1 button).
exact, my load speed reduced to 15 seconds.(after 5 seconds my site is usable and content loaded.but loading icon in browser still in progress)

at least, i want get much more google +1.and i think only way for me is +1 button in my page.but i am wondering to lost ranking if my page speed reduced to 15 seconds.(with google +1 button)
