Just Starting Out On SEO { Need Some Help }

Hey guys i have been earning with CPA for almost a year and made quite a nice chunk of money online.But my main source of traffic there in was youtube.The problem with youtube is that its banning videos quite fast recently and hence its a waste spending money on ranking them.So I am deciding to spend money on ranking websites on google which will make my earnings consistent.

5 days back I decided to make a multiniche website to promote CPA stuffs.I read through some of the guides of onpage seo and implemented it wisely.Now the main problem comes when i am trying to build in backlinks.
Here are some of my doubts(Please be kind enough to answer them)

-Which backlinks should i try to get first (i mean blog commenting/forum backlinks/article submissions)

-I have two different niches on my website.Now while building links how should i post my website url.I mean should i link to my main website or to individual posts.

-What is anchor text and how to use them for building backlinks.

-How to track the progress of my website (How to find out its rank --any recommended programs or something)

- My niche when searched on google with quotes ie "my niche" showed up some 7 million results.Many people are telling that this is very high competition and i wont be able to rank it.But I have seen many people with the same niche rank it to the first page within a month.

-Can some one tell me how many backlinks should i need to rank this website.

Also I currently have maximum 50$ to rank my website.I cannot afford to spent more on this.I have checked many threads in BST about backlinks and they are costing more than 100$.
So I am planning of using fiver services to rank my website.Can anyone link me to some reliable gigs which provide high quality works either on fiver or seoclerks or any other place.

Organic takes time... you do get new content bonuses for about 2 weeks but then you have to wait about ten months to get full credit for your backlinks. Hopefully your website is older than 10 months and has had a continuous presence in Google... If you are going to spend money on organic then spend it on a nice website design and targeted content because until you have those you would be wasting money on other SEO services. One thing a lot of video podcasters do is create webpages that have the youtube video with the transcript as the page content. Perhaps you can use your budget to get your existing videos transcribed and create a website around your videos and then spend budget going forward on SEO services and PPC ad spends.

This was a mistake, multi niche sites are hell to rank, unless the two niches are really related.

And $50 wont rank anything.

I disagree with valid. There's NO point in investing in your content and design if the site's not going to rank and make money. Throw up a basic WordPress site with a unique theme, put 600 words of spun (but 100% CopyScape passed) unique content on each page, do your onsite SEO right (easy), and link to major .gov authority sites in your pages. If they approach the top 20 then invest in design and content. Until then design and content don't matter AT ALL if your only goal is to make CPA money. If you're building an authority site and want to retain users long term, that's another issue.

With enough backlinks of sufficient quality you can rank anything for any term.
With $50? Probably not. Although I'm not sure how you're gauging your competition. Do you mean that searching for your desired term yields 7 million results?
Either way, without an appropriate budget and the right know-how, I'd stick to small niches if I were you. You'll learn and progress and eventually be able to hit tougher niches (if that's your goal).

If you re going to spend $50 buy Scrapebox, and hunt for high quality backlinks with it.

Higher will get low quality backlinks and Low will get High quality links. Not safe for Google Updates.

for $50 your not going to get anywhere - not possible.

Also buying services for a new website is quite dangerous -- you buy a Fiverr Gig - 5,000 Profile Links as an example - you need some sort of Web 2 structure to send those too - not your money site

In 2013 with Google being so much stricter - you need a smarter strategy and $50 is not even close to the budget needed

I mean that niche has just about 14500 monthly traffic on google keyword planner.If i go for niches lower than that then i will probably not get any profit.
Any ways can you tell me which niches should i go for

Analyze your real competitors - the websites that show up on the first page when you search for your keyword. That will give you a better idea of how good your chances are of getting to a profitable position.

Trust me, keywords can be profitable with far fewer monthly searches than 14.5k.
And if your investment is only $50, making $51 would be a profit. Shouldn't be too hard with most keywords.
It's perfectly feasible to make more than $50/month with a 1k monthly searches keyword.

No, nobody will tell you that. That's what most people on BHW would call "spoon feeding," which typically doesn't fly here.

This requires a more in-depth answer than I can give in this reply, but it - at its core - involves manually analyzing each site ranking on the first page (or first few pages) for their... strength? The words are escaping me right now.
This typically requires tools and services like Moz or Majestic, but there are free ones like SEOquake.
Do some searching by yourself and you'll find the answers you're looking for. I'll get you started on the right path...
