Problems with paypal

hello bhw,

It was fine with the Paypal for me for a long time until yesterday.
when i log in they transfer me to a 'security measures' screen where i need to put in my credit cerd number which i don't have anymore.
the second thing is that later i received an email that i am limited until they hear anything from me.

It was just a normal day, i was buying games from steam, humble bundles, paying for hosting regulary and all of a sudden they did this.

Is there any way this could be fixed ? If no, is it safe to register another account on the same ip address without getting limited ( for no reason ? ) again ?

You can order a service from the marketplace like a paypal account unlimiting service.

ok, so i sent a message on skype for secondeye, but in the middle of conversation he decided to go on holiday till monday. I don't have so much time and i need to resolve this problem as fast as possible.

this is what i get when i log in:

that's it. this card is the only option in the drop down menu. i can only see this screen or request money, that's it. did anybody has ancountered this and can help ?

You have to get a valid credit card to reclaim your PP account. It does happen every now and then and you get asked to input the same or similar details you used when signing up.
